There's no parking I had to park across the street. I got inside and it was packed and an awkwardly small sitting area. The employee I spoke to was snippy and kept asking me to repeat myself. In such a small space it's hard to communicate or move or be comfortable. The experience was miserable.

They messed up our food. So we went back to have them fix the food. They then messed it up again. All the workers had attitudes as well as they had people walking in and out of the kitchen that was not workers. Their attitudes was absolutely horrible. The place was absolutely trashed and the kitchen was disgusting. We will not be coming back

I hardly ever write reviews but I’m so mad I am.We arrived this morning to the store and waited for it to open, they were busy putting together catering orders which was fine we could wait but the whole time whoever was cooking in the back just kept giving all the customers dirty looks like we were a burden to be there. It felt like that the entire experience we had.We were told they weren’t quite ready yet, again we were in no rush and saw they were busy so we could wait patiently. We walked up to order our food and I asked if they still had the chicken Al Pastor right now and the person helping me asked when it was going to be ready and the person cooking rolled their eyes and said it would be ready after the catering order. Instead of asking me what other protein I wanted, the person helping me in line just gave me regular chicken which I did not want. I was very upset but we got our food and some drinks and I was just going to leave and never come back.While getting our drinks we noticed there weren’t any straws, so my wife went to go ask for some and got the response of “We don’t have straws” and then yelling in the store by employees started over the straws not being in for two days.It was such an awful experience, we went to the one on Campbell to get my order correct and the people there were wonderful, kind, AND they had straws.

I used to LOVE Chipotle. But the Springfield area franchise has pretty much ruined it for me. This goes for both stores. It's hit or miss at its very best. It's sad because, depending on who is working, it could be really good. But that's a rare occurrence. Although they are always dirty. Usually, you get there right at the beginning of the dinner rush and they are JUST starting to grill the chicken, or maybe today is the steak they are late with. It's always something they are out of. I can't tell you how many times I arrived, waited in line, only to find out at the counter that it's "sorry but it's going to be about 20 minutes while we cook the chicken.." Half the time, they forget to put salt, lime, or onions in the guacamole. One time, I was turned away at the door with an apology that they just don't have enough employees and are only doing on line orders. Just tonight, both stores were out of either chicken or steak. I just walked out & went to a competitor where we had a great meal. It's sad, and I've decided to just avoid Chipotle going forward.

Been to this location a few times but today we were told we had to place our order online, but they would take our payment in person.... Really? Thanks for wasting our time, Chipotle. We went to Qdoba instead.

This place is the worst Chiptole I've ever experienced...and I am a Chiptole FAN. Firstly, forget parking. The parking lot is small and often congested. If it's lunch hour during the week, consider eating any other place. I'm honestly surprised this place hadn't been fined for backing up traffic yet. Hours vary to what's posted and is very frustrating. For example, we went today (Sunday) to grab a few to go bowls prior to heading out of town for a trip. We arrived at 1050 to find that they were ONLY doing online orders and no in person orders. On the way back out the door the guy also mention they had no steak cooked for online and out of sour cream. They were 20 mins into service. This isn't the first time we've experienced just awful and lacking at this location. Save yourself the misery and drive to the Campbell location.

Placed online order and arrived at pick up time and waited until we realized they weren't using the online order pick up shelves but there wasn't a sign. So after got food had to ask for our cups. We left to eat elsewhere and when we took out order we had 3 burritos and none were labeled with our names so had to open each one. Then each burrito and burrito bowl was mostly all rice, barely any beans, lettuce or meat. The burrito bowl had white rice when asked for brown and had missing salsa. I usually never finish a bowl but did this time since there was barely anything! Also my sons Sprite was out of the syrup so tasted like plain sparkle water. We love Chipotle but this location is very disappointing!! The other one in Springfield is much better and never had issues like this.

Every single time we come in here to get our food. They are always out of steak. Their manager is rude. But they always have plenty of food for the togo orders that is not right.

This is the SECOND time i've ordered dinner; 3 Burritos and a Bowl, then find out that the order has been completely wrong/missing a massive amount of ingredients. Last time, I let it go and moved on with life. But this second time, i'm not. My 3 Burritos were missing HALF of the items I PAID to have inside them; ALL VEGGIE OPTIONS (Corn, fajita, etc.). The Burritos were 75% rice and 15% meat, and 10% shredded cheese. I received my order and found that the order was not right FOR A SECOND TIME IN A ROW. I contacted the app/store, and requested a refund. Because this wasn't right, how can you be charge FULL PRICE for HALF of what the order is supposed to contain?? Chipotle REFUSED. And only offered 4-Free drinks as compensation, because we escalated the issue.My opinion: If you don't have the items/ingredients necessary to make particular items, SAY SO! Let the customer know! "Hey, we don't have these ingredients tonight." Then, let the customer decide on if he/she wants to cancel the order or continue!I will NOT be patronizing Chipotle anymore. Normally I wouldn't post a review like this, but this time I have to.

The customer service was so horrible! This is the second time I have been there and they had no peppers and onions, cheese, or CHIPS. They did NOT care at all and did not apologize one bit! I can’t believe that management doesn’t care and manage things. I could go to the store right now and grab cheese, peppers and onions. Why can’t they!!!!

The worst service I’ve received anywhere in a long time. They didn’t have ingredients like all other reviews said but their response to not having it was so rude and they clearly didn’t care. I mean not having cheese and chips at a Mexican restaurant?? Poorly run to say the least. I’d be so pissed if it were my restaurant and I had terrible people like that.
