This place is such a hidden gem. It's never very busy when I'm there (though we do tend to eat later), and I don't know why! The food is incredible. Some of the best BBQ meat I've ever had. I haven't tried a meat or side there that I didn't love. The owners are very friendly. Very reasonably priced with a clean/updated building. My favorite is the BBQ grilled cheese with brisket.

The food is awesome but I think they have 2 different cooks the recipe ? is different at times. Which would be the only thing I didn't like but I've never in my life liked ribs and baby these melt off the bone best I've ever had

Best wings in town hands down! They smoke their wings before adding any flavors to them, awesome fries and cheese curds too!
Good atmosphere but not great food. Ordered burnt ends but was served pulled pork. The fries were cooked uneven and not satisfying.

The burnt ends were fantastic. We had two, 2 meat combos that we sampled. All of it was good, but the burnt ends were best. Very good and would go back when I'm in the area.
The food was great, only downfall was that it was served room temperature. Like I said it was still good, just disappointed it came out lukewarm... if it was served hot it definitely would have been a 10/10! Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly!

Went here when my usual place had sold out for the day. I won't be making that mistake again. The smoke ring on the ribs was almost invisible and the meat was practically glued to the bone. Beans were fine.

I have had both take out and a catering ! Food is always amazing ! THE PULLED CHICKEN IS THE BEST !!! I am such a picky person when it comes to chicken I feel like it's always dry but curly cute Knock it out of the park do yourself a favor and make sure you try the pulled chicken ! They put so much passion into the food! And the staff is always so kind !So excited you're in Springfield !
