I absolutely love DQ, but was so disappointed on this visit I don’t know what was wrong with the ice cream but it was an off white color and tasted overly frozen,like it has been made and that put in the freezer my husband ended up not eating his ice cream for almost $15 I’d expect better. I will be avoiding this location at all cost

Thought I'd give them one more try but not after this!!!!!The lobby is closed so I went through the drive thru like the sign asked, gave my order and when I went to pay I wanted to use my gift card..the crazy lady that works there should not have a job working with the public!!! I said I wanted to use my gift card and asked if she was ready for the numbers because I wasn't gonna give her my phone, she said she wasn't gonna take my phone...ok cool. She got the debit reader out, I showed her the egiftcard and she lost it because she didn't know how to input it. I told her it wasn't a big deal I could go someplace else she yelled at me slammed the windows and stormed off. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! ?

CAUTION; this location is ripping people off! I literally just ordered my food, I never asked for a gift card, and whoever is working there, rang it up, but then gave me a discount from their punchcard program on the pretzels, it’s obvious they are doing this and pocketing the gift cards! See

Best Dairy Queen we have ate in a long time. Fresh food and great service. Lobby and restrooms were clean too. Definitely will be back!
Ordered Chicken strip meal, Chicken was cooked more then 1 time it was burnedGravy was so hot to make up for the food because it was cold. Then got a buster bar and it tasted freezer burnt. Nuts were chewy/stale in it.

Got my order wrong it was supposed to get a brownie fudge Sunday but supposedly they thought I said fudge supposed open your stupid ears service sucks laugh at me when I was trying to get it

I remember hamburgers being thicker. These were thin like at Freddie's and Steak and shake. Where's the beef? Still tasted good it was just lacking beef. Again with the slippery floor. Just be careful and wear slip proof shoes.Kid-friendliness: Kid's. Yes welcome.
I get a lot of ice cream here. They are fast and courteous. Sometimes I am picking up multiple orders. They are always accurate and the quality is exactly what I expect!
