I recently visited the Dunkin' location on South Campbell Avenue and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon on a croissant. It was tasteless and seemed stale. The bacon didn’t even look like it had been cooked, much less crispy. The point of this sandwich is to provide you with the sweet yet savory combination. This sandwich didn’t live up to either of those expectations. Next, I ordered a large Charli Cold brew Coffee. The coffee was undrinkable, tasting more like burnt water than a quality brew. There is supposed to be sugar and cinnamon on top and I wasn’t even provided with that. I also asked for extra pumps of caramel, leaving me with 5 pumps total in my drink, and I couldn’t even taste one ounce of caramel. Lastly, the service was slow and unfriendly. When ordering I felt a rush and urgency from the staff. I would understand if it was busy, but I was the only one in the drive thru. When I got up to the window the staff acted disinterested and unprofessional, adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. It’s disappointing to receive such poor service from a well-known chain like Dunkin’. I definitely won't be returning and would advise others to steer clear as well.

My wife ordered an order of jelly munchkins it is supposed to have ten each in an order. She only received eight. Also they put my doughnuts that had iceing on them in the same bag as the munchkins. We usually go to a different Dunkin shop. But this one was closer to where we was at the time. We will still go to Dunkin donuts. Just not this one.

For a while Decaf Hot Coffee wasn't sold at Dunkin Donuts, couldn't believe they stopped selling it... but after awhile they started selling it again and was really happy they did... been drinking decaf for over 20 years and really never understood how they could do something like that...so no more having to buy donuts at Dunkin Donuts and crossing N Campbell Ave and go to McDonald's for decaf coffee... Will always call it Dunkin Donuts because from the first time I ever went to a Dunkin Donuts to the last time I was at one(Monday) it was "Dunkin Donuts"

This will be my last visit. Soggy hashbrowns that tasted freezer burnt. Sadly, the environment was completely ruined by a liud and very foul-mouthed employee who sounds a bit like Jack Black around the corner. And he wasn't the only foul-mouthed employee. Kids come into this place and shouldn't be forced to hear such language sinply because your employees act unprofessional. It's a reflection of extrenely poor management and NOBODY corrected the bad behavior. Now that I see him, it may actually be the manager!I'm deeply disappointed that Dunkin has devolved into this.

Daughter said it's less expensive, but she also said her cold brew was undrinkable. I had to remind the server I was waiting for a small bag of donuts holes for my granddaughter.
