Used to be a nice place to sit and have morning coffee or a nice lunch. Now, if you want to sit down, you are sent out to the parking lot. Their nice dining room is no more.

My daughter was in Mercy Hospital and we visited a few times!! We have never been to a place like this. The atmosphere was so awesome and the owner or manager not sure which was so very grateful for our business. She was super nice and so was everyone that worked there! The bagels were great and a large variety!! Loved this place ❤️

I ordered a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese. On the app it specifies what you get as far as bagel selection and cream cheese. When picking it up in the drive thru, I was handed the box. Upon inspection at home I realized the cream cheese was missing. When I called the store, I was told that they allow people to select the cream cheese of choice. I was not given the opportunity or option, was told if you do not specify on the app, where there is no option, they ask. This resulted in my having to go back to the store for an item that was clearly listed on my order.

Decent bagel sandwich though it did come out cold, the real bummer is how terrible their coffee is. Ordered a Vanilla latte and it tasted like it was 90 percent water 5 percent vanilla and 5 percent coffee that had been sitting all day. Go somewhere else, do not waste your day with this location.
