The food was pretty decent for fast food quailty.However, someone actually delivered food to your table like a waiter in a fancy restaurant and would ask if you wanted the fresh grated parmesan on it till you said it was enough. He also came by asking if you wanted more breadsticks.

Service was very slow, the kid acted like he didn't want to be there at all lol. Good help is getting harder to find. Food was NOT hot either. Probably sat in the window for awhile.

Tried new stuffed shells. They had Alfredo sauce and very little tomato sauce. They had burned bread crumbs on top. They try to cover it with shredded cheese, but it tastes terrible like that.Not happy.Stick with the Pizza!

Wife and I BOTH got diarrhea , nausea and that watery feeling in your mouth like you’re gonna puke. Food was like at least a WEEK OLD ! Send in the health department and close that garbage sight down. The WORST food I’ve ever had. Didn’t even eat half of meal and cheesecake deserts. Threw t it all away next morning before coffe was finished brewing. Stay Away .

They usually have amazing pizzas! The only issue I have with this place is they are sometimes a bit slow at getting food out. Great food none the less and usually nice employees. Building is always clean and tables are neat and organised. Almost always a clean place to sit.

I have always loved Fazoli's food! I knew they have had a yummy drink. I asked if they had raspberry lemonade. The worker said no. They didn't offer an alternative it was just no. I asked if they had strawberry lemonade. They had a strawberry lemonade slushy drink. Food & drink both delicious! Service left something to be desired!
