Normally this location is great and the 2 guys working in the front were doing the best they could but I must comment on the amount of time it took to get my food today.Initially there were 3 guys, but 1 disappeared.I placed an online order for 6:50. I didn’t receive my food until 7:10. Why??? Apparently there was a meatball issue. Maybe he was doing meatball prep in the back.??? ?I get it, I’ve worked in food before…but that means I also understand food prep.The guy on the sandwich table was very apologetic and I appreciate that, but it does not make up for everything else that suffered afterwards.I expected better.The picture below is one example of how terrible this visit was.

Great place, great environment. Staff was great when I visited this location. Food was excellent. Students with a student ID can get a free chips and drink with sub purchase.

Fantastic food like all firehouses. Service was okay. They weren't too busy. The cashier was very nice and friendly, but the person that handed out my sub ws clearly having a bad day.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free option

ordered a lg club sandwich.did not get to eat it right away,so put it in fridge.after several hrs the bread was gooey and soaked through.called and tkd to mgr and let him know that i paid $ 13 and was not able to eat it..he told me that it really needs to be ate right away or they get like that..never had problems like that at subshop or subway..but, guess i learned sth new today

Pretty good for a Firehouse Subs. Only complaint is that it takes quite a bit of time for your food. Not sure if they’re understaffed or the food just takes that long to make.

If I could give it less I would... I round up to support out firefighters and pay extra for an extra pickle....not only do I not get the pickles but I get the lamest new York steamer that is missing pastrami I have ever seen. Not only was this my first visit ever to a firehouse subs but will be the last ever time I go.
