Absolutely delicious food! I got the Kimchi Jjigae it came out boiling and bubbling. Full of some of the best kimchi I've ever tried. It was great not too spicy but definitely full of flavor! My Fiancée got the Don Kkaseu, and said it was the best she's ever had. Banchan that came with the main entrees were great. Service was quick and friendly with a laid atmosphere. Can't wait to come back and try everything else!

The bulgogi wasn't very good. It had an old oil taste that ruined the meal. The service was slow, and the atmosphere was just average. We won't be going back. Koriya and Bawi BBQ on the south side are so much better for about the same price.

I’ve never had better kimchi than I’ve had at Golden Korean. Been bringing friends here for years and everyone has always loved the food and the service that they provide. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Springfield.

I ordered the soon tofu soup. 5/5 I eat a lot of Korean food and this is up there with all the best Korean food I've eaten. As a kimchi lover it's hard to good kimchi but the quality of the kimchi was amazing too. 5/5 overall.

This is hands down my new favourite restaurant in town. The garlic pork belly was so good and filling and the cucumber kimchi was fantastic. I got the cold noodles as well and it was pretty good. Everything was so filling and tasty and the woman there was very sweet and attentive. Will definitely be going back.
I order kimbop and yukgaejang for togo. This is better than restaurant in Korea town (LA or NY or wherever. Price is reasonable and staff was very kind too. Don't concern too much about store look(just old looking building)
