Wednesday the 3-21-2024 was my first time ever coming here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was awesome. I had an avocado chicken sandwich with fries and the dip to go with the fries was oh so good the owner served us and he was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We had just been at his flea market behind shopping so that’s how we found out about the place so wonderful wonderful experience and I will be back and I highly recommend it. Roy

I got a jerk chicken wrap and it was refreshing and filling. The wrap was such a delicious lunch with a bunch of flavor. I highly recommend this food truck! I will be going again for sure!

This is an outdoor venue for cultural taste and has the very real potential to become quite poplar as it is located on a corner that accessible for many and has a pre-order menu. You can sit in your car and dine or sit outside. It has curb appeal!

Guess we stopped on a bad day. The food was honestly bad... I was so excited based off the pictures of smoked Mac and cheese and mine was dry and no flavor. Jerk nachos definitely didn't have the same jerk chicken I thought I'd get it had cut up dark nasty pieces on it. My husband got the jerk chicken plate, the chicken was okay. The rice taste and smelt like it had been sitting for 2 days. We waited 30 mins for what they claim is fresh cooked everything and there is just no way. It was horrible.

Best food in Springfield hands down!! I get the rasta pasta everyday on my lunch break. Finally tried their jerk chicken leg and my mind was blown. The meat fell off the bone, it was juicy and flavorful. The owners arevery kind hearted and generous. Jamie always gets me my food on time, fresh and hot! Thanks for the hard work guys.

Food was delicious!!! Kind folks working the food truck! Checked on us, asked how our meal was. We had the Caribbean shrimp rice bowl, the curry chicken meal and the fried plantains! It was all excellent. Came out hot and fresh! We will eat here again.

INCONSISTENT. The food is really good, but I'm still done giving Hibiscus Jerk Hut my money. You'll order delivery one day and wait nearly an hour just to find out that they closed early for the day. You'll order another day and your poor delivery driver arrives, after 30 minutes, to find that your order hasn't even STARTED. This lack of consideration for a hard-working driver, who is losing money by having to wait around, and lack of urgency for customers has resulted in this lost customer. Real shame, too-- I love Caribbean food and love small businesses.
