extremely disappointed in the customer service and cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the pillows, the sheets were dirty, crud on the mirrors, and the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. The list goes on anything. You will not get a good nights sleep here. The entire hotel is extremely loud due to the lobby and bar being in the center of all rooms.

My boyfriend and I went down to breakfast today the service was amazing thank you Maria and Jackie for the best experience Maria was sweet, made sure we had everything we needed, and always had a smile on her face. The food was amazing we both loved it. It was really good ?

Nearby activities: We were in town for a football tournament. The location was convenient for us to get to the fields each day.

My experience here was a nightmare. I checked in via the app at 3:00pm. When I arrived I was told the room would not be ready until 4:00pm. The guy said he was busy helping other guests check in and couldn't explain why the room wasn't ready. I came back at 4:00pm and was told the room was STILL NOT ready. I asked for a manager and was told she was not available... what? After a few minutes of going back and forth they finally made the room available. When we get to the room my daughter found blood on the sheets of one of the beds. We had housekeeping come and change all the sheets on all 3 beds. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this location EVER again.Rooms: Not clean

This was the 3rd year in a row we’ve stopped at this hotel for the night on our annual trip out west. We’ve been able to gauge the status of their remodel each year- and man- they are making progress. We had dinner in the Terrace Lounge and the food was great- the service was awesome. (Kudos to Britney!) the only complaint is that it took nearly 20 minutes for the water to run hot enough to shower in our rooms. (5th floor).

Stayed here while visiting family. Excellent service. Clean spacious room. They serve breakfast in the restaurant and dinner in the lounge. Maria in the restaurant was very polite and friendly. She was an excellent hostess. 10 stars. Our room would have been 5 stars but the A/C apparently didn't work but it wasn't too hot to complain. I'm confident they would have corrected it if we had. I stay at Holiday Inn frequently as a Walmart employee and this one is one of the better ones. Price, service, food all 5 stars, the room was 4 stars due to A/C issue. ????

The room was slightly cleaner than the Home 2 by Hilton behind it. ( Both are 0 stars) My room had a huge vent over the bed that emitted some weird chemical smell and the Indian girl at the front desk said the hotel doesn't price match the Internent. The whole area is TRASH filed with druggies and no Police presence what so ever! Breakfast was a joke! Couldn't leave fast enough after getting about a hour sleep due to the smell. It is better to move on and stop in some other town where you don't have to worry about being jumped while getting out of your car.Rooms: Old!Safety: Not safe!

We stayed here during a volleyball tournament. For $140 a night it was nowhere near our expectations. The room itself wasn't too bad but the bathroom was a different story. Pourous acoustic tiles above a shower is not the smartest idea as there was spots of black mold here and there. Also the metal track system was understandably rusting. Also, don't even think about washing your junk and bits in the shower. That onslaught of angry water pressure through the shower head will most likely impair your opportunity to ever reproduce or have happy times again.

When my family & I arrived our room was not vacuumed, wiped down, and there was molded cheese cans beside the bed. I checked the bathroom and the toilet SEAT had dried urine on it. I mentioned to the front desk and got an apology. Later that night we went to bed, I woke up very itchy in the middle of the night. I shook my hotel pillow & a BED BUGS fell on the bed. I was bitten all down my left arm. I immediately took it to the front desk and had my room refunded. The area of my bite swelled, held in heat, & had been very painful. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . 0/0

Been here a few times now on business but today I just got rushed by the staff saying that the breakfast wasn’t free and I either had to pay $12 or leave waiting to see the manager now before today I rather enjoyed this place. PS watch out for roaches.
