This place has really good pho! But I wanted to draw the attention of the owners of this establishment to the condition of the hall.It's just terrible, it looks dirty, it's unpleasant to touch the jars because they're greasy, the tables don't look good either and the chairs are torn and dirty. The condition of the hall reflects the attitude of the owner towards his guests. It’s unpleasant to be in this place for a long time; you want to quickly eat and run away, or even take food with you.The girl waiter (she didn’t have a badge on, so I don’t know her name) was very tired and irritated, she was alone in the entire room, so it was difficult for her to cope with the large flow of people. But she was mostly pleasant. I wish there were at least two waiters, so that one girl wouldn’t have to suffer so much.

Almost hate to post a great review because I dont want it to get busy BUT their phö is phenomenal. OMG what great flavors and I like mine with extra basil. Son says #38 pork dish is excellent too! So glad we recently found this gem and will definitely be ba l!!

So fresh and tasty!!! Our server was excellent and personable.Having moved here from a heavily Asian populated area, we've had many disappointing experiences in Springfield. This is not one!!! The Pho' was to die for, wife had the Basil Beef and raved. This is it, as close to West Coast as we have found. ♥️♥️♥️

I have been to a lot of Pho places all over the country and this is one of the best. The absolute best Pho spots have a little bit of a "hole in the wall" vibe, and as soon as I walked in and saw the place plus took in the smells, I knew it was gonna be good and I was right.
