I love their food my family has been going here for 35 years, which was before they were at this particular location, but it is still the same great hospitality and great tasting Chinese food. I love their chicken fried rice, and Cashew chicken!Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to onions and they will special order for me.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking, we have a wheelchair van.

Over priced for tough flavorless chicken. I ate here a couple times in the past and it was decent and affordable. I haven't been in over a year and the prices changed, which makes sense due to inflation, but unacceptable for a price increase that comes along with bringing the quality of the food down. Dinner was disappointing:( won't be going back.

So very disappointed. Went in because we'd years ago enjoyed the small buffet. However, when my brother and I went in today, we left realizing it was a mistake to have visited again. Buffet was pathetically small and ill prepared (NO desserts or salad), server rarely attended to us even though we were the only ones there, and the final blow came when they actually charged more than $12 each for the lunch "buffet!" I asked for a discount but was told no. Very sad.

We stopped in Sunday night and the service was the only good thing. My soup has almost nothing in it, our lo mein was made with spaghetti noodles, both our pork fried rice and beef lo mein has just a few pieces of meat and hardly no veg, my egg roll was burnt, and the crab Rangoon was dessert sweet. I almost called to try and get my money back because I had to recook the rice just so it had some flavor. I did not bother just won't go back. Springfield has plenty of other choices

So I have literally eaten here for years and have always liked it until today. I was in a hurry so I dropped in for the Buffet. When I walked in I almost left because it was so dark I almost left. I ordered the buffet and grabbed a plate. It was 1pm and I was the only person in the restaurant. When I walked to the buffet I was shocked. Very small amount of food that looked like it was left over from yesterday. Absolutely nothing was fresh. The Chicken for cashew chicken was so hard I requested fresh which they were kind enough to make. Except they burned it like literal black in spots. While waiting for the chicken I got some egg drop soup. I took one bite and it was so bad I couldn’t eat it. The chicken then came out and I got some and sauced it and couldn’t find any cashews or green onions because there wasn’t any to find. At this point I gave up as I didn’t want food poisoning. I went up to pay and explained they didn’t have anything edible and she rang me up. I was charged $16 for one taste of soup and one sip of a soda. It is clear they are struggling to stay in business but I felt like they robbed me. I should have just left without offering to pay but I figured I at least owed them for the soda and took the high road. But I did not expect to be charged $16 that I’m pretty sure the health department wouldn’t let them serve if they were there. I have loved this place since childhood but will never eat there again. I would avoid this place at all cost as they are not what they use to be. I honestly hate that for them but that doesn’t give them the right to not provide the service they should and then charge for it when you didn’t get what you paid for. They should just close the doors if it’s the best they can do. I wish I had taken pictures of the food. Maybe a hungry dog would have eaten it. Maybe ??

With several options for "Springfield Cashew Chicken" this one can be skipped. I've had worse, but certainly had better as well.

Hardly nothing on the Buffett and it was almost all old.

Jade East has been around for years and as a delivery driver I have delivered from there a couple of times. I love Asian food and had wanted to try theirs so Christmas night I made it over there. We placed only 2 orders for dine in. One order was delivered but it was not mine. I wondered if maybe I was supposed to get mine from the buffet so after a few minutes I asked. Well it had been forgotten but no great big deal. Within a few minutes I had my order. There were pieces of the chicken that were so hard I couldn't chew them. I thought maybe since it's the end of the day I was eating "not so freshly" made chicken. Still not a huge deal. It was when I started to pay for my meal that things went downhill very very fast. We had been playing a game on my phone and it was almost dead. Again, I'm a delivery driver and have debit cards from all 3 places. I used the wrong one and it didn't go through. Realizing what I had done I took my dead phone to the car to be able to power it on and move some money. My boyfriend graciously stayed behind inside the restaurant finishing his meal. After a couple of strange sights while I was in the car (employees looking outside at me, boyfriend changing tables etc ) I went back in to give my corrected card to my boyfriend to use. I was greeted by a very unfriendly woman. I handed the card over and my boyfriend begins to tell me what had taken place while I was in the car for 5 MINUTES! One particular man had accused my boyfriend of us trying to eat and run 4 to 5 times! My boyfriend had finished his meal and gone to the checkout to wait for me. He sat back down at a table next to the checkout where the same man sat down with him, Telling my boyfriend he was" good at this" and for him to "tell the truth" about us trying to skip out on the meal!! He did this 4 to 5 times and all the other employees had migrited up in the front and surrounded the place like the Mafia! What were they going to do? Who knows! He paid for our meal and we left. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life! All over 2 less than $10 meals on CHRISTMAS! I won't be back! I have told about everyone I know about this experience and how the "Asian mafia" became very threatening to my boyfriend. UNREAL!! I will stick to Asian Hut and Teriyaki house where I am always greeted with a smile and always served great food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We usually order pick up from this place. I do not like "Chinese food" in America but my man fooled me into trying this place by his home that we moved into. They are fabulous! Chicken is perfectly crispy, rice well cooked and not hard as a rock, and their crabragoon is to die for! I order tons of it and eat it without the sauce they offer bc they're that good! My man loves the pot stickers and my oldest likes their spring rolls and chicken fried rice. They have a buffet during the weekdays and it's always nice, hot, and fresh! The ladies who work here are so nice too and friendly.

The only reason there getting one start is for the kind server. We didn't order buffet cuz u could tell the food was super old and nasty. So we ordered off the menu and all they did was take old disgusting food off the buffet and put on our plate. Very disappointed!!! Waist of 35$ never will we go there again. Something definitely should be done before someone gets food poisonings. There bathrooms were disgusting as well and didn't even have soap I. The dispensers. Bone dry so who nows if there even washing there hands after using the bathroom

We were there around early bird time. There was food on the buffet... eventually. Most of it was cool and/or dried out.
