The store on walnut st downtown springfield has the worst customer service. I was treated with no respect. Then the manager asked me how many sandwiches I wanted, I responded four. She said good because that's all the bread we have. I thought are you serious this is a sub sandwich shop isn't it. Got back to work and the bread was so hard two of the employees couldn't eat there's and ended up throwing them in the trash. I took and threw my bread in the trash just so I could eat the meat and cheese. And to top it off she (aka manager) got the order wrong and when I called the store and told her about the mistakes she told me it was my fault. I will never be back. Very rude customer services. I will let others know of the Terrible service and to stay away from that store.

If I could give this a zero Stars I would I have never felt so inconvenient as a customer coming to have somebody make me a sandwich the manager was awful. I have a receipt proving the things that I asked for that she said we did not ask for. She was so hateful. The bread was so hard and i was told we couldnt order more than 4 sandwiches because they were out of bread on a 2:00 afternoon on a saturday. Sounds like bad management skills. Thanks but i will never be back again. Jade needs better people skills and management skill and at an attitude adjustment

I get Jimmy John's a good amount, and even have the app/rewards. I ordered on a very busy Friday night, and expected that it would take longer than usual for delivery. I got the notification on my app that my order was out for delivery, but an. hour goes by and I hadn't heard anything. I call the store, and the manager was very nice and stated that they were slammed and she was having a hard time keeping the delivery driver motivated. I was understanding, having had worked in the food industry for a long time. She then told me that the driver just left and would be there soon. Keep in mind I live about 5 minutes from the store. Another hour goes by, and I don't hear anything. At this point, I am irritated and no longer want my food and just want a refund. I call the store back to tell them, and definitely did not speak to the same woman as before. The employee I spoke to was very rude, stating that I probably placed it to the wrong store, because she did not have my name anywhere. When I told her that I was sure it was the downtown location, she then came back at me, saying "Well I'm looking at my computer screen and I do not see your name." I just hung up on her because I was already in a bad mood and had a bad day, I did not want to say anything rude back to her. I had a friend call the store back for me, and she was able to get me a refund. When my friend tried to blame it on someone stealing my food, the employee told her that the driver "set it on the stoop". I got outside and my food is sitting out on the front porch of my apartment, not even right by my door. Who knows how long it had been sitting there!! I always leave a note on my deliveries to have the drivers call me when they are here, and not once did I get a phone call. I never even heard a knock on my door. I try to be understanding with food industry workers because I have dealt with a lot. But this was so incredibly unprofessional and rude.

I experienced very poor customer service at this location tonight. They were given the correct address and delivered it to the wrong apartment complex. When called they were rude, and disrespectful, and did not apologize for their mistake.

The ones complaining about delivery time, order soda with no ice. It helps. They are short handed like everyone. However they are still faster than any other delivery. It's unfair to hold them to a higher standard post COVID. Perhaps they can hire more people. They have not advertised fast delivery in some time. Because of lack of staff I'm assuming.My review>>For a sandwich shop it's very good. Much better than subway. Their avocado spread is so good. It's better than any sandwich shop I've tried.My only complaint (and this is personal preference)... I wish the cucumber was peeled. But that's not how JJ's serves it. Which is fine I take the minute to do that. I do wish they would change that in Peeling hurts my stomach but cucumber is my favorite. It's still worth eating here. I do feel they have gotten a bit pricey . Who hasn't in this economy?Vegetarian options: You can have a veggie sandwich or cucumber and avocado. Their tomatoes are usually ripe enough. Plenty of lettuce. Bread is delicious.Dietary restrictions: They can fix it how you like it. Everything is customizable.Kid-friendliness: Very nice staff. Drivers are nice too.

Made a online order and after it charged my credit card, the confirmation I got said I would receive my order the following morning... so I called the store and they told me they never received my order and they are still making deliveries and are not closed. Jimmy John's has really gone down hill unfortunately.

We ordered from here tonight on door dash. While the order was made quickly, it didn't take much time since the sandwiches were made so terribly. There's minimal dressings, almost no avocado on them, copious amounts of cheese and almost no meat. The bread was rock hard and tasted like it was so cold it was frozen. Seriously, don't bother with this place. Terrible excuse for a sandwich, and the management should be embarrassed they have employees serving food like this to customers paying their outrageous prices.

Lately when I order for delivery (my work being about 6 minutes away) it takes over an hour for one sandwich to be delivered. Especially for a place that claims to be “freaky fast” it’s disappointing because it hasn’t always been like this.
