Bread was burnt. Dude had really long hair not in a hair net or tied back. Asked if I wanted peppers and ranch...said yes. Freaky fast had to tell them ya forgot both those things. Health dept, come and get em. This place suuuucks.

I eat a lot of jimmy johns. Not sure what happened at this location but the bread was not as fresh as usual. Really ruined the sandwich. Staff were great and food was ready fast.

Rudest crew I have dealt with. The shift manager didn't want to serve the 21 of us, so she claimed that she didn't have bread and couldn't serve us. I noticed that she had at least 6 trays of bread. The good part was that 5 Guys and were glad to serve us. Probably a better meal. I like their fries. If I am ever in Springfield, MO, I am headed to 5 Guys, Jimmy John's is not the place to go. I would not normally be this harsh, but they were notified that we would be coming several day before we showed up. So Five Guy's you win.

Out on a car recovery trip, grabbed a couple sandwiches. Definitely a step up or two from Subway.
Some of the best sandwiches we've eaten. We drive over an hour to get a sandwich and we always get 2 each. One for now and one for later.

Really need to hire competent staff.Took 15 minutes while the talked to each other and got the order wrong. I was the only customer there.Never again.

Very fast service. Never what I order. Especially for a business that charges for everything going in a wrap or on a sandwich, I would think they don't just make up what they put in the sandwich then send it out for delivery, and charge me for it.
