The problem with this restaurant is that they closed the buffet and closed the dining room for three years after Covid making it a drive-through only. Food is fine but they need to update their hours online. We ordered food in the app and came around 8:10. When we got there, they said they were closed. Online says they close at 9 and “hours were confirmed by company 3 weeks ago”. Hours on their door say they close at 8, which is confusing.

Tried to order online two weeks in a row the first week we tried online and it didnt work so we looked it online and it said it was open so we went and doors were locked. Second week we went we called them beforehand ans they said they were open so we tried placing an online order and it did not work. We went to the place and we ordered they kept repeating it was gonna take 30 minutes long and we said we would wait and when we tried ti pay the guy had so much attitude and our food didnt even take 15 minutes, it seemed as if they just didnt want to make our order.

The servings are small; prices are expensive. The calories are high 400 for one chicken wrap. The order wasn’t even correct and waited 15 minutes at the drive thru. I was the only Customer at the drive thru. Thank Goodness they weren’t busy with customers. I probably would have waited 30 minutes for my order at dive thru. I definitely won’t be back to KFC.

I placed an order on the app and when I got there to pick it up the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door stating it was drive thru only and the parking lot was empty so I thought they might be closed. I decided to go thru the drive thru and was able to get my food. All of the food was ok except the chicken which was really soggy and not crispy at all. The cashier was nice tho and my food was at least ready.
Lobby closes for dine in but all i wanted was to order to go. They wouldn't even help me. Made go through the drive through. I understand short staff but it took just as long to get my order through the drive through as it would have if they had taken my order inside.

The person at the drive-thru was extremely condescending and rude. I asked them how much three chicken strips were without sides and they kept telling me that it was $8.99. This was what was displayed for a combo meal on the menu board, not for just the strips. They must think their chicken strips are made out of gold or something. Definitely not coming here ever again.
