I had come in during chaos and ordered a chicken meal for 3 (or 4) and when I got home I was short chicken so I called. The manager said he thought my order was traded with someone else. I decided to go back and get my chicken tonight. I had to wait for my chicken to finish cooking but they gave me a drink and kept me posted. I was so tired I just went home after i got my chicken. Hubby had to move a couple pieces of chicken to find my chicken breasts. Everyone was friendly and professional. This has been our KFC for many years but this team works really well together. It was a shock to have my order short but I understand how it happened and they absolutely made it right!Thank you

Gotta love KFC's chicken... Extra crispy is my preferred, dark meat is usually more flavorful and moist than white. But all of it is pretty darn good. Their sides are better than average too. This is a regular place for me to treat myself - when I don't want to cook and yet I get a good meal.

If you want to be told there's no chicken and it will be a 15 to 25 min wait...and u wait that long only to receive soggy barely 70° chicken . This is the place for you!!. Immediately out of the gate we were cut off and told there's no chicken while trying to place order . I dont understand lying to get out of doing your job. If it was made fresh it would have been pipping hot.....??. Post covid incompetence is real at this location. Disappointing

Julia at the battlefield location is the absolute best!!! We called ahead to get an order in after the west by pass location said they wouldn't have chicken for 45mins!!!!! Julia is professional, helpful, and kind!!!! Only coming to this location from now on!!!

Went in to try the new $2/5 wraps and April decided that that was totally out of the question. She must have been ready to go home because she just couldn’t wait to interrupt us several times, clearly because she was so passionate about her work. We must be idiots to ask silly questions like what comes on the wrap, clearly everyone knows what’s on the new products right? How silly of us.When we got our food, it was completely cold through and through. She must have RAN all around the kitchen trying to bring us our food that the food caught a breeze.Review: We wasted our money. It was 9:34, so glad I came when I did. No doubt the service any closer to closing time might have gotten their food spit in.
