Well I have to say paying 19.95 for a dozen of glased donuts is totally ridiculous. I like there donuts but not for that price.

Visited this KK store on a Sat. morning around 9am. It was somewhat crowded as people were being served. We came there specifically to get FRESH donuts, but the donuts in the display case were anything but fresh - and were obviously HOLD OVERS being sold. We bought 4 and wanted a cinnamon roll as well. The server said she didn't want to sell any of the display case rolls because they were SEVEN DAYS OLD; and some of the display case rolls were ONE to TWO days old. The four we ended up buying were NOT FRESH and partially stale. We've bought KK donuts in a box at Walmart that we're fresher tasting. It is a shame this KK store sells hold over products instead of freshly made. We will not return to the KK store.

The only reason I give this 4 stars is because while good donuts some are a little too sweet. The donuts fresh off the rack are amazing though. Soft, warm and melt in your mouth goodness. They are a bit pricey there. For 6 donuts it cost almost $15!!!!

We placed an online order at 9:37 a.m. with expected pickup time at 9:47. We arrived on time and waited along with many others in the online ordering pickup area. After ten minutes, a friendly female employee attempted to get our name and the manager rudely told her to serve the line of incoming guests and to “not worry about us”. We noticed our box of donuts and a coffee had been made and was sitting out for over twenty minutes before the manager came back over to us to get our name. He rudely told us that we can come through the drive-thru even though our app said to pick up our order in the lobby. The manager is very unprofessional and clearly on a power trip. Waiting over thirty minutes for an online order is very inappropriate.
