This place is fire I tried boba once and didn’t care for it somewhere else, my wife wanted to go here so I went and got a milk tea and it was fire. Amazing. Idk what they do different but I’m definitely going back and never getting a small again.

Used to love this place a year ago and originally gave it 5 stars, but the quality has really gone down over the past 6 months. The customer service is rude now, with girls at the counter that just act annoyed and judgemental when I'm making an order. My milk tea was clumpy and wasn't even properly mixed right. I tried giving this place multiple chances different times, and it's been a disappointment every time. This used to be my favorite boba place last year.

This was the first boba place my friends and I ever tried when we moved to Springfield 4 years ago. We loved it but lately the customer service has been awful. Went in tonight around 6pm-no where near closing, and there were two girls behind the counter on their phones who seemed displeased because we walked in. Again, no where near closing so I don’t understand why there was attitude while taking our order (gave my friend the wrong drink btw after he told her twice what he ordered). It’s disappointing as we have always loved La Boba and the workers but the customer service needs to be better before we ever come back again.

We showed up an hour before they closed and one of the employees was sitting on the couch on her phone and seemed annoyed as we walked in. They said they weren’t going to serve the ice cream even though we showed up an hour before they closed and we drove quite a bit to get it. We will not be returning.

Went to get rolled ice cream at 635 on a Monday. Women at the front desk said they couldn’t do the ice cream due to short staff. I understand that but no one was in there. I asked if it was because no one there knew how to use the machine currently working and she replied with two of us here know how to make them. Which she responded with but we are short staff so we can’t do it. There was 5 employees working. Yet again NO OTHER CUSTOMERS were there. Super sad about this experience because I have been there many times and no one has ever turned us away. I have gone here when only two employees were working and they still made us ice cream.
