Clearly someone didn’t want to come to work this evening. For the past few months, we have been frequenting this Little Caesars location.Tonight, was by far the worst experience we’ve had. Not because the service was bad, but because the food was terrible with a capital T.We ordered four pizzas. One pizza was so small it looked like a medium…but wait, Caesars doesn’t make medium pizzas…do they???As for the other three pizzas, somehow they were all undercooked. I noticed that the location was really busy, but if someone was pushing pizzas through the oven to get them finished, that is not the right answer.We expected more. We expected better. With all the locations in town, this was our go to. Honestly, now we have to reconsider. ?
Did try new menu crazy puff ans it was good but one of them was burn little overcook and otherwise it's good

I love LC’s pizza & this particular store is close to my home. I only get pepperoni and cheese. The pepperoni pizza is always made right but the cheese pizza always seems to be played over and very thin even when I get half and half. With every pizza I order I have to literally cut it myself. It’s like they only put the lines where it should be cut but it’s never fully cut. A whole uncut pizza. Even when they take almost a full hour on my pizza, it’s still never made or cut right

Ordered pizza for 25 kids at a school and ordered was cancelled 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. Called the corporate number and was given someone that didn't speak English that said they "didn't have the ingredients". Called the store and said it was on door dash even though it was ordered through little Caesars app and didn't note that it was delivered through door dash. 100% on the store for not making sure the order was getting deliveredKid-friendliness: Left 25 school kids high and dry for lunch

I'm not usually the guy to do this, but I've had multiple bad experiences with this store. Unfortunately, to the point that I may not be returning. They are inattentive, slow, and routinely make mistakes which cost their customers hard earned money.My most recent interaction with the store has been an order they messed up, called and the best they could do was send me a coupon for a free pizza which would take about a month. Did not offer a refund, which I found unacceptable. You should get what you pay for, right Terrible?Terrible service. Terrible interactions.Avoid this spot.

Went in to pick up a pepperoni pizza, had me pay of course. Then proceeds to tell me afterward it'll be a 20 minute wait. Why would you tell me that afterwards. I immediately got a refund which I was pissed about. We don't all have the money to wait a week for it to return to our cards. We don't all have time to wait 20 minutes for an pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready when you walk in?..

Just dont. Everything was terrible. My order was wrong even though I was clear and said it 3 times. Its ridiculous in there. Everyones cussing and acting like they dont care about customers at all. Seriously bad impression on the company. Needs a serious overhaul and re-staff or you could just tear it down and improve your look all together.Kid-friendliness: Not at all. Theres zero kid friendliness.
