The only good thing I can say was that they use real chicken. They use the same brown sauce for everything. I had 1 millimeter sized piece of egg in my entire serving of fried rice. Just one! The Wonton Soup is really dumplings in a broth. Wontons and dumplings are two different things. I asked for crispy noodles to go with my soup because it wasn't in my bag and the cashier looked at me like I had 2 heads and tried to explain to me what dumplings are in the soup two times. That wasn't what I was asking! It took someone else explaining it for her to say "oh yea, we have that but it doesn't come with that soup." I had to pay a dollar extra for them. The crispy noodles were the best thing in the bag. We also had to ask for sauces. The owner or who I assume was the owner had an attitude when we were checking to make sure everything was in the bags and the cashier got mad when one of our party sat down to wait for his food. All of the food was bland and we had to re-season it to make it edible. They put General Tso sauce on my Sesame Chicken and sprinkled sesame seeds on it. It didn't taste like sesame chicken at all...smh all around bad decision stopping here. They're in there winging it. I'm in town visiting but I know where not to go for Chinese food now. I stopped here because there was a crowd and seemed busy but I'm not sure why.

It was horrible. We specifically ordered General chicken and they gave us orange chicken. The customer service was really bad. We understand every place is understaffed but please have employees who can actually understand and speak english

After seeing high rated reviews I was at first genuinely surprised and excited for eating at this place. They advertised Cajun boil combos and many Classical Chinese dishes however, my excitement was very short lived... I had my eye specifically on the seafood cajun boil combos featuring crawfish and shrimp. My partner ordered a Mongolian beef and veggie plate while our niece in law ordered another cajun boil plate but with sausage as an extra add in and a plate of their coconut shrimp( which was covered in a cold mayonnaise coating...ew.) Suffice to say this was an extreme disappointment. The food was piping hot but the boils weren't flavorful as they should be, my partners spring egg rolls were VERY clearly frozen not fresh from any part of the day and her rice was bland. Now I fully understand why there wasn't anyone in the lobby or parked.

I ordered two separate orders of sesame chicken, only one of them was correct. Due to part of my original order being incorrect, I went back to the drive thru. I was excited to try the food, but it didn't meet my expectations. The sauce for my chicken was put in its own container which I didn't mind because the chicken was still crispy. After trying both servings, I realized my sauce was completely different. Not only that, but the rice tasted like cardboard. After adding my own touches to the dish, it was a little more enjoyable to eat.

Do not eat here.-Bugs crawling on tables, little ants and flies.-My friend went to use the restroom and there was no soap in the men’s bathroom, he had to go into the women’s to wash.-food was mediocre at best. Overpriced, very bland.-don’t get shrimp they only deveined half of my friends order and one of mine was not deveined.-I asked the woman at the front counter what was in the mixed vegetables and she told me she doesn’t know and to just look at the picture. Picture was all broccoli so I said is there other veggies that come with it and she said seemed irritated I would even ask and said carrots. Got my food and it only had two pieces of broccoli and no carrots. If I had known I would have ordered something else.-woman working the counter was extremely rude to us. Refused to help us when we had questions. Didn’t speak to us except loud sighs when she sat our food down.Eat somewhere else. Horrible experience.

Called in my order, the young lady said 20 minutes i gave them 30 minutes for good measure and when i got there they hadn't even started on the order. My opinion is that they need to fix the language barrier that going on there!!!!!!
Dang good, looked empty took a chance had singapore noodles, 2lbs of jumbo shrimp a #1 and #3 it was delicious, the girl and guy can cook! I say order and dine in its so good and for the cheap a$$ price, its amazing you'll love that you went here!

We drove up recently, from out of town and my husband wanted something from here. I will admit that I wasn't so sure based on the outside of the building. It's one of those places that you wonder if it's really good and authentic because the outside isn't too done up or if it's going to be a mistake. Happy to say that he said the food was legit good and would definitely be going back. I think it's one of those places that is just really good and authentic and you need to trust the outside and know that they know their business. Go there; it's good.

I had crab and shrimp with corn and potatoes. Potatoes were perfect texture and everything had amazing unique flavor (i had them cajun). Tried the mussles and i thought they were a little chewy but over all its still good. My husband had fried squid he loves it.

This place was a let down. I got the king crab boil. It contained two legs not not a whole claw just two legs. One potato, 1/2 a piece of corn and about 12 shrimp. It was not very good taste wise and very pricey for what you get.

Lucky House has been the best Chinese food we have had here in Springfield! Not only are their Chinese dishes delightful, their cajun food is cooked quite well.
