The ordering process was very slow. By the time we got our shakes, they were a melted mess. We weren’t told they were out of chips so two in our party got NOTHING with their grilled cheeses. We weren’t compensated for it either. I won’t return.

Threw it out after a couple bites burnt ends don't have cubes of rubbery fat. There were several chunks and when they listed all the cheeses that go into the dish I thought it was blended in to the noodles not a melted sheet on the top.

I wanted to let you all know we visited your Springfield location for our spring break “yes” day and it will probably be our last visit. Pulling up at 715 the restaurant was completely empty, walking in it is in DIRE need of a deep cleaning and repair of the wall and floor tiles… upon first glance they appear filthy but are just broken and in need of repair. We ordered and they began bringing our orders our 2 kids meals grill cheese 2 burnt end grill cheese 3 speciality Mac and cheese orders. One of the burnt end gc was made as Mac and cheese and one of the Mac and cheese had a whole FLY baked into the cheese! They made another one but everyone was done eating by the time she got hers so she ate 2 bites and that was all. We also were told after asking that they were “out of chips” so were offered a soufflé taste of tomato soup. Like I said this was a treat for my children and their friends for spring break we live about 2 hours away and were SO disappointed in our overall experience. If this type of thing is the new norm here I can’t imagine a restaurant would survive long in this economy.

This is one of those restaurants that's made for Doordash that they hope no one will ever go inside & eat. They supposedly have baked potatoes too but for some reason it's listed as a separate store in the same building, which was the first red flag. Then they were out of potatoes, so I got the philly Mac & it was not good at all. Flavorless cheese, onions & peppers were raw & tasted like soap . There were 3 pieces of steak & they were dog food, totally unseasoned. The employee was rlly nice and friendly & I loved talking to her so much, I hope she is doing great. But nah the food is not it, don't waste a trip get Mac & cheese somewhere else. It's expensive too for the quality. My roomie got the chili Mac& she liked it but it wasn't anything special.
I had the buffalo chicken grilled cheese ?! It was on point. The shakes look amazing. Good mac and cheese. Although I am no connoisseur!Loved the bathroom doors art. So that's the only picture I took.
