I ordered a mocha frappe it didn't have any mocha in it. I worked at mcdonalds for 5 years. I know how their supposed to taste this tasted like straight ice espresso with the whipped cream and drizzle on top. Please make sure your changing out your frappe bags before servicing customers. I added espresso to mine to which made it taste bitter without the mocha. I could tell by color it was just espresso I had added and taste.

Orders were correct. Love the fries, especially Friday Free fries. Except they used to b large, & now they're medium. Love a Big Mac, but I can't afford them anymore. Restaurant was clean, & staff friendly.Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic & can ask for some accommodations with my meal. Staff is happy to help. Unfortunately, I can't afford my favorites anymore. Like the Big Mac. And most breakfast dishes. However, when vacationing, we'll make a special pancake run!! Plus iced latte/coffee. Hu by gets a senior coffee. Unfortunately, he orders with 2 sugars, but often gets 2 creams & no sugar. He drinks it anyway, but is not happy.

Just once...ONCE...I would like my fries to be very warm to hot and put in the bag CORRECTLY. Instead, I overpaid for cold, stale fries turned upside down in the sack..which unfortunately, is how they are usually served at many locations. Mickey D's...you owe me another dinner for this junk!

I am not sure why some of the food item prices increase at the same pace as everywhere and some items have more than doubled!The breakfast burrito has gone up about 150%, the sausage McMuffin (no egg) about 100%, while other items only 20- 25%.The breakfast burrito and the no-egg sausage Mcmuffin used to be $1.19. Now they are $2.50 - $3!No ?Breakfast is about the only thing worth getting from McDonald's anymore and they are quickly losing my business on that.Customer service was good, they were friendly. On my burrito- the cheese was all in the first bite, none in the rest of it. Disappointing.
