A locked bathroom door is a huge red flag McDonald's. Maybe have the people doing drugs in the bathroom arrested instead.

I came into this location nearly every single day. My fiance and I both as a matter of fact, before work and bought a large frappe each. That was until the other night when the employees there was apparently having a really bad night. Said her system was down for the rewards, but the number was still clearly showing up on my phone. It was for 15%off. Now anyone who has worked a cash register knows theres magical buttons on the thing that allow you to make corrections and what not. We simply asked her to type in the price at 15% off. In a very rude manner refused to do so . So my fiance asks for a couple of strawberry cream pies to make up the difference. Nothing needs to be entered in then. Rudely refuses again . So we continue on with our purchase no discount though we are on the app and nothing for the troubles, only to more or less have our frappes thrown in our faces and the drive through window slammed shut on us without a thank you , kiss my a** or nothing. This store can't seem to get right as there always seems to be one problem or another. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location. I'll make a detour to a different one.

The place was disgusting. It wasn't busy at all, yet there was not a single clean table.Update: I'm really sick of dealing with Amber in the drive thru. She is a horrible person and treats people terribly. And she doesn't even hide the fact that she's a real witch. It's blatantly obvious.

The speaker was too quiet to hear anything, they forgot one of our orders of fries, and when I pulled back around and asked them to correct my order they refused and stated the reason was "because they misheard me." Also, no receipt so I can't confirm that I didn't pay for the missing order item.

The food was actually fairly good. However, the shake that my grandson got looked more like milk instead of a shake. It was very runny. I brought it to their attention and they said that's just how their machine does.
