How hard is to put salt on fries? or add straws to the bag for drive though. Honestly, this place seems to always have something wrong with its food. This McDonalds has got to be the worse one in the city of Springfield. I never have issues at other mcdonalds but this one seems like they skip out on training the associates here and keep delivering bad food.

If I could rate it -10 I would. Absolutely RIDICULOUS wait time in drive thru line!!!! I am STILL in the line and I’ve been here AT LEAST 20-25 minutes! When I FINALLY got to the payment window, the blonde female at the window gave me the wrong order total AFTER ignoring me for a solid minute while chatting with her coworkers. I told her it was the wrong total and she immediately started talking to her coworkers again!! THERE ARE CARS WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING!! I am absolutely furious.

You would think by now McDonald's would hire compantent workers who care about their jobs. Ordered 2 cheese burgers and fries for my kids for delivery and the sent 2 fries and no cheese burgers. Are my kids expected to eat fries and apple slices and nothing else? I called to complain and got attitude from the girl who answered the phone. She told me that she wasn't going to hear it and hung up on me. These people demand 15 dollars an hr for poor service and poor food. Also McDonald's dosnt care enough to actually read their reviews and try to make their service better.

When they get ur food wrong they like to argue with you and the manager is the most childish person I ever talked to, if I'm paying 10$ for cheese burgers with no onions or pickles that's what I should get!!

I admire the excellent service I’ve received from employees of this particular McDonald’s - friendly and helpful. I received the incorrect order this week and called in, really expecting no satisfaction, but I was promised a replacement meal next time I come in. I know it’s a tough business and it says a lot about management when customers are fully satisfied.

i go to this location because it’s near my house, i will be driving to nixa from now on. every time i go there, not a single person has seemed to have a grasp on “customer service”. the young lady simply slams the window open and closed, doesn’t say a single thing to me while she’s supposed to be greeting me. i leave the first window feeling embarrassed and belittled. i pull up to the second window, the older gal was just as harsh and emotionless also saying nothing as handing me my food. these people really seem as if they don’t give a damn about trying at their place of work. to put a cherry on top, the big mac i ordered came with no “mac sauce” but an absurd amount of lettuce as if to compensate for the lack of sauce. that is the only sauce on the burger. who wants a dry burger? i’ve worked in fast food for 3+ years and have so much sympathy for those working hard and taking the responsibilities of such. but this? unacceptable. I’d call BBB if i had half a mind. however hopefully this message is seen and heard.

truthful talk

So we have been going to this location for a bit and typically till recent they got our orders right but the past 2 times in a row we have been here to this location they have messed it up my bacon quarter pounder the last 2 times has not had ANY bacon and then tonight not only did they not put bacon which by the way your paying an extra $1.50 for by doing that one instead of the normal quarter cheese anyway this time not only did it not have my bacon but it had the remainder of what tasted like tarter sauce that they tried to cover up with the mayo probably going to be thing to a different location from now on
