Mexican Villa has been a staple for our family for decades. It's not traditional, but in many ways it's better. When you're hankering for Sweet Sauce on a Burrito Enchilada Style, nothing else will do.

The new chimichanga on the menu is pre-made, so no substitutions are allowed. This was a huge let down. Wait staff were not aware, so I received the order 'wrong' and was informed they make the chimichangas in the morning, so they're just sitting around until they're ordered. That was pretty disappointing. I was offered a Sancho in its place. I woke up in the middle of the night mere hours after my meal, which I ate less than half of, violently ill. This is twice now that i have eaten a Sancho and gotten wildly sick afterwards. I want to be a real 'Springfieldian', but I won't be back to any Mexican villa locations any time soon ☹

Have eat at the Villa since the early 70s and was excited back in the day when this location opened. They started fantastic but have went downhill ever since. Have tried again and again to see if it was just maybe different employees but not the case. More than a dozen times I have gotten stale chips and super stale Taco Shells. Ive went so far as to ask them when I ordered if the chips were fresh and still received stale food. This doesnt happen at the other locations, only this one. Hate to leave a poor review but this shoddy practice of pushing stale food just isn't good customer service. 10 years and still the same practices so this will be my last time ever at this location. Sorry Villa, you had chance after chance and cant seem to remedy the issue and ita been 10+ years. Try another location for food folks but avoid this one at all costs unless you want to eat rock hard food.

Horrible food, served cold no less. Makes Taco Bell look like fine dining.

REAL basic. They do not even have fajitas... The salsa tastes like Pace, they don't have margaritas. What kind of Mexican is this?!

Pathetic. Overpriced. Substandard. Flavorless meat in the tacos. Too much ice in the drink so you get less soda. Been around since 1951, but with the quality and price of the product served will not be getting any more of my business. Stay at home and fix your own "Mexican" food.

Ordered for pickup. They said 15-20 mins. I was there within 15 mins of placing my order. When I got there, the order was ready to go. I work 3 mins from there and my food was cold when I got to my office. The lady at the counter wasn't very kind. I asked for hot sauce, and I looked in the bag and didn't see any. She snatched the bag out of my hand and pulled everything out to show me there was 1 sm container of hot sauce. I asked if I could have 1 more, and she said I would have to be charged for it after I had already paid for my lunch. I will not order from there anymore.

This place has turned to absolute garbage!! You can tell they are cutting corners and yet, still raising prices!! The hard taco shells I’m pretty sure are just dried Elmer’s glue! The chicken is canned! Even the rice is off! The beef in the Chico plate I wouldn’t give to my animals! But, the shredded cheese is still fire but that’s outsourced! What a shame!! And the audacity to ask for tips at checkout on to go food?! Who gets those tips? The hostesses that are as bland as your once great queso! West, el taco, and comida are still pretty good! Avoid Campbell location like they are stealing from you….!! Cause they are!
