Walked out of this place. Got served my breakfast with a black hair right on top of eggs. While waiting to send them back I noticed how burnt the cornedbeef hash was. Sent it back and noticing how none of our food looked appetizing. Then another waitress comes walking past our table at the far north end of the dining room(with children sitting there) yelling back towards kitchen "I don't f!@#ing care. That was our final straw. We got up and walked out. First time we went there we were impressed. Second time our orders were messed up and if they were out of something we weren't even told or given a chance to make another choice. We got what they choose for us. But it was edible and and plentiful. This was our third and final visit. From todays experience it needs a good cleaning from the floor to the kitchen. Certain staff included and management included. Our waitress was clean, personable, friendly and on top of things. She was the only one there that was.

The food was great!!Service wasn't bad, our server was very friendly and apologetic.Time was terrible. My dad and I were there for about 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order. (And no they weren't busy they had 6 tables aside from us and 2 servers_ a total of 15 people- roughly)and then another 45 minutes for our breakfast to come out.I will give them one more shot though because like I said the food was good. But if I have the same experience the next time I will not be returning

Still waiting for our food, been almost an hour, well after a 70 minute wait,we got our meal and the fried chicken that was got from a local grocery store deli, by time they reheated it was not fit to eat, but the hits just kept on coming, when "Tammy" brought out ticket, the 3 pc chicken dinner advertised on wall for $9.99 was now $11.99. "Tammy" explained due to the pandemic, things change. My wife was going to have none of that, she stood there until they priced it at the posted price. My suggestion is stop elsewhere.

Weird place.I went there for the 1st time in a hundred years. Waitress made us feel uncomfortable. She even sent another waitress over to wait on us. No clue why but, I am sure of one thing.. if they treat every new person like this the business will never grow. We simply got up and left after one sip from our tea. Negative vibes everyone! If you feel the need to fix it then go have a sip of tea for your own self. We pass

The staff works really hard at getting everything you order right. They are all cross trained so when you go in have a lil patience. The food is really good if you want some down home style food. The always have Greek food which is one of my favorite things to eat. Always busy but worth the wait

This place is a joke. The steak was microwaved. When we complained they took it to get us something else. Then came back and said because we took a bite we had to pay for it...lolLook at the picture the meat is white and the fat is hard. Gross this place needs to close down.

Our server was excellent!!!! She ran around the place doing whatever it takes to offset the poor behavior of the manager in back. He was loudly and belligerently yelling from the back calling the servers incompetent and making them feel bad. I hated it. I told him so. He apologized later and attributed it to stress. I believe him!!! Running a restaurant is very stressful, but working at one in ANY capacity is stressful and he doesn't have to deal with the customer's impatience and attitudes. Those poor servers did a great job when my group of 30 half of them 12 and under, descended upon them unexpectedly just before the Easter Sunday after church crowd. I hope he treats them better from now on. It would be a great restaurant if he did. The food was bad because their timing was off. I don't think there are real line cooks in the back I think they were just doing their best. The steaks would sit in the window 20 mins waiting for eggs, it was horrible to watch, I asked for them and they asked me to wait for the eggs. The steak was dry and crusty by the time the eggs came the eggs were old by the time the potatoes were done. We all received our food at different times no table ate together it was horrible and then he yelled for her to make sure everyone pays!!! He should've been offering a discount. It was a horrible end to our fun family Easter weekend gathering but at least I was with my family! #Silverlining

Horrible food will not ever let anyone we know eat there ever. Everything was either over cooked or undercooked. Called for replacement and they could not even get that right. " Manager" said everything was cooked perfect and they were training staff how to cook. Would not refund anything. Not only that we watched "manager" take condiment package off of a plate with half eaten food and put it back in the fridge and carry dirty dishes over clean pots of coffee. Would not even give one star but have to give one.

Me and my husband decided to eat at this restaurant it seemed like a good place to eat breakfast.we got in they say seat wherever you want. we took our seats about 5 to 8 minutes is what it took for the waiter to finally come over and give us the menu and get our drinks. another 10 to 15 minutes for them to come take our order and another 30 minutes to deliver our food. by the time my husband got his steak it was cold to the touch was not pleased whatsoever with their service. They were talking to their regulars and not taking care of the out-of-state customers. I get that they were busy with doordash but it was an unexcusable for the service that we got. I also get that they were slightly understaffed still should have gotten better service than what we've got. Also the waiter never came and explained to us that they were understaffed and sorry for the wait I can understand that but if I'm waiting for a long period of time I'm expecting the food to be fresh hot and ready to eat. And not cold poor service won't come back.

My wife and I were just there, I ordered a country Benedict with scrambled eggs it was sent out with fried eggs, I asked for it to be sent back. The owner Tony came out and started cussing me and my wife. Calling us all kind of words that I won't repeat on here. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if it was the last one in Springfield,Mo the service is good but the cook and owner is not worth the money that they charge there.

Not fine dining setting, and I like that. Good food, friendly staff. Laid back place and good food. Good prices.

We dropped in for brunch recently. We both ordered steak combinations. I had the rib-eye with my eggs fried hard. My husband had the t-bone with his eggs scrambled. Both of us agreed that for the price, it was a decent steak and eggs combo but the rib-eye was definitely better than the t-bone. My eggs and hash browns were perfect. The sourdough toast was also great. We will definitely be back in for more items! Overall, great service and good food!

My husband and I decided this looked good while passing through. There were some cars in the parking lot, so we figured it would be a good place to stop for "home cooking", About 12:30PM. Since there were only two or three waitstaff, we accepted that it would take a couple minutes to get waited on. The problems began after we gave the lady our order. Several other people who came in 15-20 minutes after we did, were served but we were waiting. When she said she would check on our order, she didn't return for another 10-15 minutes, to tell us that "he is working on our order now". People who were seated about the same time as we were, were finished and leaving. Total, we didn't get our food for about an hour and a half. When it did arrive, it was undercooked or not to order and cool to the touch (the cheese on my skillet wasn't even melted). It was another 15 minutes later that my husband received his toast, after he was nearly finished with his meal. The waitstaff never returned to check on us or ask how things were or anything. Not even a refill of drinks. We both noticed that the waitress was friendly and asking what appeared to be her regular customers how they were doing, and each and every one of them were served before we were. Even the ones that came in half an hour after we did. I would not recommend this restaurant to "non-regular" customers.

Absolutely love!! My husband ordered the world's largest omelet.. if you can eat it all in 30 minutes its free!!! If you can't then it's $24. Still not bad, could feed a family of 6 for 3 days. Wonderful friendly staff!! Will definitely be back!
