The outside planters could use some more biodiverse plantings, but the theater was an acoustical treasure- Mr Charlie Kirk’s recent climate denial there fell perfectly proportioned to the ears of the audience. The hundreds of listeners there surely enjoyed a pleasing tone of grifting vibrato as he put on his performance. The sound waves, like the oil-based funding of Mr Kirk’s organization, are abundant and regular, demonstrating a rich relationship. Soothing the crowd into compliance about climate disruption, he was quick to train not just his voice but his thoughts in all directions. Covering the usual script of conservative sound bites, he vocally leaped from distrust of thermometers to ecological illiteracy in stunning fashion, a feat boosted by the acoustical upholstery for sure. Interestingly, as the hundreds of bodies absorbed these vibrations of lierics and logical anydirection, I could hear a voice from someone two rows and three columns of seating away from me as they proclaimed climate change was a cycle. And even as this person attempted to have an alphabetical-level argument while others discussed a thesis, their voice was not lost on those in a large region of seating. There the performance had even spread to the audience, demonstrating flexibility of this theater with audience as an active storyteller within the main performance. And I could hear every word. How intriguing.

! THE FOOD PLACES DO NOT TAKE GIFT CARDS !Do not be like my mom and buy $200 of gift cards to a variety of the places around the PSU. They do not work. I have had success at Starbucks, but everywhere else does not take them.

The Student Union has a convenience store called Barre Essentials, Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, Subway and a pasta restaurant on one floor. The cafeteria is on the floor above. There is a small but beautiful auditorium called the PSU theater. The building is modern, clean and efficiently designed.
