Order took almost 2hrs to arrive. They said it was due to only having 2 drivers. Food was cold. Immediately reported it and they said they would credit the account. Called today spoke with dipsh!t matthew at 1407 and he wouldn’t honor the credit to the account. Good luck with this ghetto run store!

I don't think it too much to ask that an employee PUT DOWN THE PHONE when a customer comes in, or at least acknowledge said customer. Food is great! Never had a problem at this location. Your lack of service and people skills are atrocious.

The crust wasn't cooked all the way. And the red pepper flakes were only put on that, instead of sprinkled over the whole pizza. And there was A LOT of said red pepper flakes. Too much.

Papa John's usually never disappoints. I have a biased opinion. i love pizza. Not papa johns specific. We do carry out at every pizza place to cut down on costs.
