Half of the soft drinks were out of order. There was no ice. There were only two chip options. It looks like the place hasn't been stocked or cleaned in a long time. The women's restroom was out of order and the men's restroom was disgusting. If you can't clean your bathrooms...you probably aren't cleaning your kitchen either. The spinach was also wilted. The cashier/cook was the only person in the store and was extremely slow putting together my order. They also burnt the meat on the grill.This place used to be one of my favorite lunch spots in town...but management must have changed. It's definitely NOT what it used to be.

Very disappointing. Last Sunday I placed a pick up order online. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door that said they closed early, so I wasn't able to get my food. It's been a week that I've tried calling the restaurant several times and no one ever picks up the phone. There is no refund request online. I shouldn't have to visit the restaurant again to get a refund for the food I didn't receive.

Had very limited items and was not told before ordering. Got a pita with gyro meat and they didn’t have hummus, feta, olives, avocado and tzatziki, all of which normally come with it. This would have been fine however I was not told before ordering. The employee did not seem to care and simply told me to pick something else. Service was also very slow. I used to love this place, but can say I will not be going back for a while.

The place is filthy. The food was at room temperature. Clearly there is a problem with the refrigerator. The employee that was working was smoking out back and I had to wait forever for her to come in.

Kai rocked it this morning! Poor thing got hit with a large order the minute she walked in the door. Great attitude, excellent service!!
Came in, and received terrible service. Everything was "out" even though they just opened an hour ago. One of the employees was wearing an "I MILFS shirt", and was throwing things around when he got angered. He was also rude to other customers. On top of all this, I got a brown rice & quinoa bowl. The rice was hard & hurt my teeth. As well as it smelt awful like a dirty sock. We had it made into a pita instead, but now I am afraid I'll be food poisoning from the rice. We will not be returning.
Not sure if we caught this location on a bad day or what, but it was horrible. The rice/quinoa was so hard my teeth hurt. The chicken was good; you don't get a lot of steak (even when paying for double protein). I'm glad this isn't our first experience with Pita Pit because we would never go back if it was. Fortunately, we know how good it could be. The Jefferson City location is amazing btw.

Sunday afternoon employee was killing it all by himself with a great attitude and made sure I got everything I wanted despite being out of one of the ingredients in my bowl. My Gyro salad was fantastic! (Took off one star because the store wasn’t super clean but totally understandable if they’re short staffed. Employee was so nice it made up for it honestly!)

This place is grubby and sad. The employee was trying but did not know the menu. What I ordered was cold and tasted nothing like what it does at other locations despite me helping him to remember what to put in it. No ice in the ice machine. Toilet clogged and full of flies. Just bad
