Ordered two 12$ pizzas, total comes out to 40$+ its ridiculous. Not to mention workers ignoring people who are at the front of the line to go to others. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to, I sure as hell won't recommend or ever go back to.

They decided to cancel my order and close early tonight. Just because they accept your order and a driver is dispatched doesn't mean it's coming. Keep in mind their store hours listed on Uber and Google are just a suggestion. I'd they run their business like that I wonder what their kitchen looks like.

Ordered a pizza, some sauce cups and a red pepper shaker. Two of my sauce cups came OPEN and the other two I didn’t even receive as well as the red pepper shaker. Just seems kinda silly in this day and age people who are addicted to screens can’t follow simple instructions that are themselves plastered on a screen. Do better.

Pretty disappointed with the wings. Usually they are loaded with sauce and they were SO dry tonight. This was the last time we were ordering Pizza Hut since we’re moving out of state next week and our new address doesn’t offer delivery. I will miss the buffalo burnin’ hot sauce. Sigh.

Ordered a day early for Valentine’s Day, called two hours after delivery time and restaurant said their system didn’t alert them. Best they could do was have a $40 pizza delivered 3 hours late. Some businesses going out of business just make sense.

Ordered a large pepperoni lovers they charged me for the pepperoni sent it with no pepperoni and then the extremely rude lady treated me like a pos when I called to ask why their was no pepperoni on a pepperoni lovers pizza and hung up on
Freedom is very rude! Told me better check better next time. Check better next time is what my wife and iI are still wondering? Maybe because i said thank you Mam? She instantly got upset. Asked why my last order of the baked bundle came with only one order of breadstick? Because we only got 1on our last order? Better check next time was her response in a attitude then walked away. Finally I got a bag for my food. Owner said I'm sorry after calling because I could see she was busy teaching People. Hope your new location works out better! Obviously it won't be customer service help! Wings are over cooked also.
