OK...I've changed my review and I have increased my ratings. We have come back (several times). I shouldn't have been so quick to judge on the first visit. Really do like the fried chicken! The staff was very nice and quite accommodating.Updated...just keeps getting better!We love it here!

The food is amazing. I had to knock a star off because of the atmosphere. The start of it was great. It was my first time there so I was excited to try the different pizzas before ordering a specific type. Well, while I was in the bathroom my, 3 15 year old girls were at the booth with my son and friend. A CO worker came up and told my three girls they were beautiful multiple times in a row so the while rubbing my girls shoulder and back shoulder blade. Ignored my son and friend. Wasn't asking how the food was. Wasn't trying to be welcoming. I was hoping it was just a miss understanding and he would come back thru and greet me now that I am new to the table to make me feel welcomed. No. He stared at my girls. Then looked over at me and seen me staring at him. This caused a stare down with disgusted looks. He walked around a half wall you can see over and poked his head over to look back at us. It scared my girl that saw it. After that we were all uncomfortable. I tried to talk to someone but it didn't help anything. After I spoke with her I can over hear him very loudly asking the girl what I said, in a stern voice. Needless to say after paying $150 I would hope to be able to stay an hour filling up. We were there maybe 20 minutes. We left because of how we felt after that and it will never be something I can put my girls through again.

At one point there was not a single slice of pizza on the buffet. The bread sticks were burnt. This place used to be lot better when it first opened. A lot of money for an empty buffet. Godfathers buffet is less expensive and WAY better.

I went to pizza ranch yesterday with my family and I have a significant gluten intolerance. I asked if they would make a gluten free pizza and they said it’s a up charge. It should not be.
Went there yesterday and it seemed to be run by obnoxious and loud teenagers. There was hardly any pizza on the buffet, and it wasn't getting restocked quick enough to supply the customers and the staff were loud. The lady behind the buffet had her hair hanging out over her headband or whatever it was, instead of over it. There was plenty of staff yet were almost finished with our 3rd plate before anyone came to get the first two.And they were obnoxious. It's ok to have fun at work, but not at that volume. There were conversations that anyone in the place could hear, from behind the register to the salads to the floor, etc. All of them too, for the most part.It was the first time in years that I've left without leaving a tip.

It was pretty busy when we went, as it is most of the time. A bit difficult to find a good spot to sit to accommodate a pregnant woman without inconveniencing other guests in the establishment. Staff were very kind. Pizza selection was pretty good too. We always order our own pizzas so we can get what we want. Salad bar is pretty good too. Marinara sauce was scarce when we first got there but was replaced pretty quickly.Vegetarian options: You can order anything you want as far as pizza, they have a salad bar which you can serve yourself.

Waited over 30 minutes for a takeout order on my 1st visit and today I waited 20 minutes for 8 pieces of fried chicken and a box of potato wedges. Would have waited even longer for my food if I didn’t go ask the cashier about my order. Probably will not return to this location.

Raw pizza dough. Cold green beans. Dirty tables to the point it left marks on my shirt from where I scooted up to the table. When I pointed out the raw dough the bus boy rudely says sorry like he knew and didn't care. I wish they refunded my bill. Don't go.
