Food was not fresh even though it was dinner time on a Friday night. Attitudes of work staff were terrible. My food was just placed in the bag on the counter and shoved toward me. I so wish I had gone to KFC . Popeyes in this location has been consistently bad in the past few years. I recommend you stay away unless you love old rubber tasting chicken and poor service from people who want to be paid as much as first responders. Geez!

We went last night. Ordered two sandwiches and fries. We sat in line at the ordering kiosk for well over five minutes (only one car was ahead of us). Once we placed our order we were asked to go park off to the side and they would bring it out to us. 25 minutes later we went in to prod the order along. They'd forgotten about us. Our sandwiches were cold, dry, and hard. I only got in three bites before giving up. The fries were amazing.Due to lack of time, I won't be going back.

I was in a hurry to get something to eat, they told me it would be a wait for peppered chicken so I went with the regular. I got one meal and one sandwich by itself. They did not give me my fries, the sauces I asked for, or any napkins. I got online to call them about it and their number doesn’t work. I couldn’t leave a voicemail or speak to anyone. This is very frustrating. I paid $15 for 2 sandwiches. Ridiculous. Customer service is poor and the fact they don’t have a working phone is even worse.

I stopped by for the 6-Piece Wings + 3-Piece Tenders 2 Can Dine deal. The place was clearly understaffed, leading to a lengthy wait for my food. Upon receiving my order, I discovered there was only one biscuit instead of two. When I questioned this, one of the employees outright lied, insisting the deal included only one biscuit.
I always have to ask for fresh food. Although the manager is cool with fixing the problem, I shouldn't have to playfully ask for fresh food every time. It's like they fry up a bunch of food and sit it under the heat lamps.

I usually look forward to buying popeye's once a week and I. Usually go to this location as well. Today was a horrible experience. There were multiple employees walking around doing nothing. The drive through line was way backed up. I stood at the front counter for about 25 minutes without anyone helping me. Once I received my food, I get in a car. I leave, I go home and I get all the way home. And the chicken is so overcooked that it's basically nothing but batter the chicken inside is Was way overcooked so when I bit into the chicken the skin was tough and tasted like burnt oil..and the meat inside was so dried out i was not edible ..there goes 12.00 out the window to endure horrible service and Disgusting food .. So now I'm having to leave the house and go. Get something else to eat in order to have mail for dinner..this Restaurant keeps getting worse and worse. Whoever is managing it needs to step up and get this restaurant back in order the way it used to be..

This location is trash. I was given a rock hard roll completely unedited. I've gotten food faster at a sit down restaurant then this supposed fast food. Shorted us a $3.50 side so needless to say this place is ?
