I visit this location quite often on my lunch break, and i always am greeted with a warm hello, and am serviced with expitidity.I appreciate the workers dedication to making their customers happy, and enjoy frequenting this establishment. Thanks qdoba on Kimbrough crew . Your greatly appreciated.. P.S. you make the best burritos with queso ive ever had.. keep it up..

This was the dirtiest qdbobas I have been to before. There was old food all over the service line and nobody was in the restaurant besides us. So it wasn’t like it was the middle of a rush. The rice was also completely undercooked. We asked the worker if it was cooked and they promised it was. The rice was crunchy like it hadn’t been cooked. Would not recommend eating here.

I placed an online order almost a month ago and when I arrived at the store I was told my order would not be able to be completed because they were out of cilantro. I asked for a refund and the worker said he could not do that himself, but would give my information to a manager so they could help be complete the refund. After wating for close to three weeks I still hadn't receievd any communication, so I called the store back. The worker on the phone had no clue what to do, so she took my information to once again to give to the manager. Once again still no contact over a week later. I am still waiting on the $17 I lost when I placed my order. Do not go here if you want a bussniess that values your time and money

DO NOT EAT here. They STEAL YOUR MONEY.I ordered a surf & turf mini bowl at 8pm on Saturday night. I noticed the steak was gone and asked if I could substitute chicken. He said "yes" He types the total for the mini bowl into the system but I call out "that's not all, I want to add on to that order." He comes back, and I start my burrito order.He ran out of rice and asked if I wanted to sub that too. I said "no, that's fine, just skip it." I then asked for queso and he said, "we don't have that and it'll take 30min to make." I said okay...and asked for cilantro. He said "we don't have that either."At this point, I said, "Sorry. I know we're halfway through building this burrito, but considering you're missing most of the ingredients, I don't want it anymore." The manager says "so just [the bowl] then?" I say yes, and he says "your total is $8.41" then I put my card in to see the total suddenly change to $12.16.I look at my receipt and notice a $3.85 charge for chicken. I asked why he charged me extra for chicken. He said, "it's policy." I said, " no, I substituted chicken in place of steak. This total makes it look like I ordered steak, shrimp AND chicken. That's what this charge means. It's charging for items I don't have."He says, "well, you saved money though. It's cheaper than what your total would have been." I said, "No it's not. A mini bowl is $7.35 This bowl is the price of a full bowl without nearly the same amount of product as a full bowl. How is that cheaper?" He says, "It's still cheaper than what your order was going to be." Meaning the discarded burrito I didn't end up ordering.He was mad that I wasted half a burrito, so he got me to pay for it. I said I'd be speaking with his manager, to which he said "I am the manager " so I said "I'll be speaking to your franchise owner then." To which he replied, "I'll speak to them myself!" I say, "no you won't because you can't even properly manage a kitchen." And walked out.I drove across town to the E. Sunshine location, and they had EVERY ingredient at 8:37pm--20 min. before close. There is no reason the first location was missing half their line an hour before close.

They lied to my face. My friend asked for shrimp they said it’s at least going to take five minutes. Then I asked for shrimp for my quesadilla right. . . They said they can’t serve it anymore because It deadly. Then the other employee said they have another box of shrimp in the back. And said it takes too long like bro. ?

Overall store is nasty! The Employees were rude and didn’t care about their jobs!! Didn’t greet my husband and I when we came in even though we said Hello! I will never come back to this QDOBA ever again! The restrooms were disgusting, looked as though they haven’t been cleaned in 2 days!!

Me and my boyfriend went to eat here last night. We got there and the poor guy at the front was all alone trying to help everyone and noticed he was out of chicken and queso. He KINDLY yelled back to the blonde younger girl who I see working here a lot. She came up and starting going off on him in front of everyone and then went to the back and was just screaming the f word and saying how he needs to do more even though he was doing everything he could to stay calm and serve the multiple guests in store. I felt so bad for him, and if that blonde girl is the manager-- she needs fired!! She was so rude to the poor guy for absolutely no reason. Do better! & if you're the guy she was yelling at -- you deserve more respect and I'm so sorry she treated you that way.

I enjoy Qdoba regularly, so mileage may vary for others. I feel that this is one of those restaurant chains, that produces quality food consistently. Which is important for my determining where I like to go, when I choose to eat out.In my latest experience, I had chosen to come later in the evening (sometime after 8 pm), & was with one other person. A relative. We were given a quality experience by two employees that were both friendly, & efficient at putting our meals together.The portions that you get for the price, are quite fair. And there is enough variety in your choices of menu, to make return visits. Definitely worth checking out, & on my recommended list!A way I would generically describe Qdoba to someone who has never eaten here...Similar in style to Chipotle. And like a Taco Bell on Steroids!

Maybe if the woman was actually listening when she asked me three different times what kind of rice I wanted on my quesadilla, she would have gotten it right. Instead she was too busy worrying about what everyone else was doing around her, bossing them around as they were already really busy and she can't even do one order right. Also very rude. This is for the woman who was working 10/18/23 at 11:20 a.m., long dark hair, about 35 years old. The man who checked me out was very nice.

The floors we sticky when I walked, the tables we nasty all of them and staff never tried to clean them. The bathrooms we beyond nasty. For 34$ for nachos and chips and queso was crazy. This was on a Tuesday at lunch time. Nasty place, I’ll never go here again!

I really like this place I ordered here often I was more curious because I normally get the 3 cheese nacho and I get a decent amount of chips but this time I got the bag they put side of chips in I can eat nachos if I don't really have the chips to eat them. Is this a new thing or did I not get the right thing.
