Ordered the tortilla soup on the mobile app, picked it up and got home and there was no soup. When I called to tell them, they just said sorry we're out of soup, someone was supposed to tell you. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Service was atrocious. No one greeted us. No one attempted to make conversation. We were asked if we were here for an order pick up and when we said no, they realized they would have to work. I got the soup and asked for my meat and tortilla bowl on the side and it was like I asked them to change a diesel tire.One of them literally cut in front of me to get themselves a drink instead of waiting for me to finish.Food of course was old and typical Qdoba. Average. But the service was so terrible. I guess avoid this Qdoba on Saturday afternoons?

First Lady to help me had a bad attitude and seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else. Second Lady to help had to put my burrito in a bowl with a lid because she said “she isn’t good at rolling burritos.” Multiple times here I have also had crunchy undercooked rice in my bowls. Never know what you’re gonna get when you go here.

Possibly the worst burrito I've ever had at a Qdoba. I ordered the steak which must've been made yesterday cuz it was dry and super chewy. The other ingredients were just slopped together in a pile. I won't be back to this location

This was by far one the worst food establishments I've been to in a long time. A Saturday evening at 5:30 and they're out of Pico-de-Gallo and chips - seriously. How can you be out of these basic items? The crew was the most dis-functional and unorganized crew I've seen. They were not busy at all but they took forever to wait on me and asked the same questions several times. While i waited I noticed the grill cook - long hair and full beard with no hat, hair net or beard net, I couldn't believe what I saw. The trays under the grill were so full of debris that it caught fire. This alone wouldn't be a huge deal but they had a cup of water already positioned under the grill which lead me to believe it happens all the time. There's no way the trays were cleaned the night before. The guy running the register was absolutely clueless or, was so distracted by coworkers and manager on their cell phones that he couldn't multitask at all. I should have left and wish now I would have. I like the style of food and when Q-Doba first came to town they were absolutely awesome but they have lost it. I will not return. Unfortunately their competition Chipotle is not much better.

Any cheese dip from this location is guaranteed not to be provided. Well, once I ordered the dip and got about 3 scoops of a ramiken for a full sized dip but no chips. ?I can attest that for the last 4 orders I don’t even know what we got lol. Close to my location so always try 4 or so times a year, but don’t waste your money. Goes in the trash then have to go somewhere else. I hate to trash restaurants because I’ve worked there in the past but this is a trash location. Lived in this neighborhood for 11 years and the only reason I go there is because of my wife. Whole time they have not made 1 order correct of mine.

Came in around 11am on Saturday and the drink station was dirty. There was soda splattered on the lid holder. The food all looked reheated from the day before. I understand this may be standard practice, but give it a stir it for appearances. Food did not taste good. No one in my family enjoyed their meal. The salsa that came with the chips and salsa tastes like spicy marinara sauce. Staff was friendly and did well serving.
