We love Qdoba! Today's experience wasn't up to par with our usual. It was 5:30pm and yet the chicken seemed like it was warmed over from lunch, the fajita vegetables were barely cooked and I had 2 large slices of green pepper that I couldn't cut. There was a huge stem in the cilantr. My husband wanted diet Coke, but it was very foamy. His second choice was root beer and it was out. Third choice was sweet tea, and it wasn't sweet. Disappointing all around.

I'm pretty disappointed with this visit here. The food was undercooked, I placed a preorder and it wasn't even started when I got there about 20 minutes later, and all the tables were dirty when I sat to wait for them to make it.

Should have more then one person working, sat in line with 4 other people waiting for someone to come take orders or to make food. She popped out 5 minutes later but as I said, not her fault should have someone else working.

Surf in turf bowl is OK, kind of bland and the shrimp is overcooked and rubbery. Not all that amazing.

Absolutely Sucks! They kept running out of food. After waiting over 10 minutes to place an order and watching them cook shrimp, they ran out when they asked me what I wanted.

Came in at 5 pm with our family, worst experience at a Qdoba we've had. Save the trouble and go someplace else. Out of several food options. Filthy and they tried to clean only to knock nasty counter top food into the fresh food containers. My burrito wasn't even edible. Wont be back to this location.

After waiting in line for more than 10 minutes, we left without any food. There were at least 4 people “working”, but only one person was actually working. The food tables were filthy and they were out of several key ingredients including CHICKEN. If staffing issues can’t be improved, this location should be closed as a service to the community. Oh, yeah. The ONE girl who WAS working deserves a medal for having the character to work for her pay.

Went in and the steak looked like dried up dog food ...rather go to Chipotle even if they charge extra for Queso instead of eating Alpo meat in my burrito at Qdoba (Trash)

I think the food is typical for Qdoba. I do not like it much. It's not authentic Mexican. The food items are on a buffet bar, and they are often dried out and not fresh. The workers there were nice but not overly friendly.

Kansas Expwy location - Missing food that I paid for. Ordered through door dash but it is up to the restaurant to make sure the order is correct. Steak was very fatty. Not edible.

We went in at 6:40pm, it wasn't very busy and they were out of several items!! We saw only 2 girls working who seemed overwhelmed by the customers and unable to keep up with keeping the food filled to make orders. We ordered 3 bowls, none of which were close to full. The rice was hard and dried out because they scraped the bottom of the pan to make our bowls. The cilantro was not chopped and was full of long stems. We ordered chips and queso and got less than a half a bag of chips!!Then the girl looked at the receipt to see if there was a tip!! This location needs some work!!

We arrived at 6:30 pm. The chairs were up on 4 of the tables and appeared as if they were closing. Walked in to 2 customers ahead of us with one girl working. She was obviously overwhelmed but handling it well. No black beans and no fajita vegetables and the queso cheese was almost gone. We waited as she checked out 2 customers and then prepared the next customer and checked her out. We waited 10 min. She asked to help us and I asked if she was working by herself and she quietly said no. There were 2 others in the back and one was her manager. I asked her to request the manager come up and help which she did anxiously. The manager came out and started to help. By this time our food was cold. We paid and gave the girl an additional $5 cash tip. She earned it. Shame on the manager and the other worker for ignoring a young employee is distress.
