Stopped here for lunch to try some new bbq. Lets just say the pulled pork was more like minced pork. This is what i expected out of a school lunch back in highschool. Not to mention it was 11 bucks for a pulled pork sandwhich. Didnt even come close to finishing the food out of disgust. Went straight to grab food elsewhere. Will never be back to this place probably the worst bbq we have ever had.

As a follow-up, the owner, Tony, tossed a rock through my passenger side window in response to a negative review. He has tried to have me fired from my job, and stalked the property I reside in. Then proceeded to clear my car of valuables. (Haha he even took a cigar I had saved for after work). All over a menu I didn't return to him within his timeframe. Batshit crazy if you ask me, he doesn't deserve the money you spend on his failing business. Trashy people doing trashy things lol...Dane CrawfordConcerned Citizen.

I rarely leave reviews. In this case, I think they deserve the kudos, the positive feedback. We accidentally found this place. We looked at Google Reviews, while still in the parking lot. We never look at any others, like Yelp, fake reviews. Anyway, we needed the ATM at the bank of Bolivar and they're right across Chestnut. The bank staff were raving about how good this place is. Well, were glad we stopped. Huge, Huge portions! Very good product, like fall off the bone good. My wife had Catfish! We can't seem to find that anyplace else. Wow, is what she said. Very light batter, even had hush puppies! Okay, we're sold. Hands down, the best ever. Please, don't go anyplace else. We have tried some others like Sugarfire and some nasty joint Rib Crib and another pit. Really, all these I've heard of a terrible, or mediocre at best. No one, I repeat, no one, compares to these folks. Great atmosphere to make it even better, they feed your kids free! Free!

Truly, a Christian organization. To me, it matters. Of course, the Meal my family and I had was like no other, that matters substantially as well. I met, Tony while I was there, he is an owner, I also met his kiddos. What a nice family! I'm pretty sure too, that bbq places dont have as many sides as they do. if I lived in Springfield, I'd be there all the time. I run infowars, and since we'd been emailing for several years, I wanted to actually meet these people. True Patriots, Great American Barbeque (Memphis Dry-Rub) it was like being in Memphis, if you know what I mean. Hope you do well, my friend, send some burnt ends down to Austin!

I have been to many BBQ Restaurants, all over the World. I cannot say for sure what it is about this place, but, there food is different. I would say, really unique. There is something about a place that cannot do enough for their customers too, they were outstanding, customer service, absolutely, will be back! Thank You for hang us!

Unbelievable! I might even say, surreal. I'm from Memphis and many here he e said "Memphis Style Barbeque" their all liars. Since we got here we tried several bbq joints. I heard Bob, Bubbas, Sugar something. Been to all of them in the last 6 months, Rib Crib being the worst. You have to try these folks, great atmosphere, outstanding food, a lot of menu choices and they even offered to carry our leftovers to the van! We met the owner, who apparently likes to come meet his customers, really nice guy!

I've been to many Barbecue Joints. I'll tell you this.. I'll never go anyplace else! This is the kind of place where dr re they help elderly folks out on their coats, walk leftovers to your car and provide outstanding customer service! The food, I cannot even explain. We had rib tips. Tender, smokey and just out of this world! I highly recommend!!!
