Out of brisket and pork. The store by Bass Pro wouldn't serve me. I went to North Glenstone. Young blond Waitress/greeter was setting with young boy customer chatting. I had to wait to be seated. Different girl waited on me, and they were out of brisket and pork also. She let me order a different dish. I ordered ribs and double order of fries. Half slab of ribs were overcooked and had nibblets of other dishes on them. Maybe salad and salad dressing. The ribs may have been leftovers. I have eaten at ribcrib since year 2000 when my job was in Springfield. I was promoted to the east side of the state and since retired. Now I drive 2 1/2 hours to eat at RibCrib at least twice a month. This was by far the worst service and food in 23 years. Both restaurants. There's 2 thin young girls with blond hair at the glenstone restaurant that needs a different job.

I wanted just fried catfish and okra and they delivered impressively, perfect taste perfect donenessVegetarian options: Vegetarian options are there you just maybe need to get a little creative.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and they have high chairs for the little ones. And kid friendly foods.Parking: I think I would estimate around 30 parking spaces available. Perhaps even more.Wheelchair accessibility: Very very wheelchair accessible friendly everything is all on ground level with minimal anything to step up on.Dietary restrictions: If you do have dietary restrictions just mention it to the server or ask about what might be in something is all.

Took forever sitting in the drive thru just to take our order. Ordered sausage, beans, and macaroni and cheese. The food was okay, but not good enough to make me want to get it again. Popeyes has their Mac n cheese beat and a can of beans out of the cabinet would taste about the same as we ordered. Store bought sausage was comparable as well ...Parking: Huge empty parking lot...

I ordered an appetizer (Crib Cheese Fries) the cheese was sparse and hardened to the point where it was not edible yet the fries were cold as if they weren’t heated properly ? I am very disappointed.

She said they changed the way they did the ribs through corporate. I bought over $50 worth of ribs they were burnt and the ends were hard. When I called the manager she offered to replace my whole order because of the change the corporate made and how they cook them. I called and left a voicemail with corporate and let them know they shouldn't have messed with perfection

Food was amazing, waitresses on the other had was not so friendly, wasn't busy at all took them at least 30 minutes to take our order. One of the waitresses was to busy smoking her vape.I found very unprofessional when you have customer waiting to be taken care of. Maybe the one was having a bad day.

The daughter unit was craving some RC, so we made the trip. The food was outstanding, and the service was as good as they could do, being so short-handed.I felt for the staff as a few customers waiting on take-out made some rude remarks. You really shouldn't make nasty remarks to the staff when they are trying their best to help your lazy "I'm not cooking tonight" butt. I applaud the young ladies working last night's professional and considerate attitudes. I just wish I could have tipped a little more.NOTE: Sam's Club has (2) $25 gift cards for $37.50. A great deal if you like RC.
We celebrated a family members birthday here in December. We’ve been to RibCrib several times but this was a special occasion. This is the one on North Glenstone that we ate at on this day. There was a cook in the back and one young man waiting on tables. He did a wonderful job. You could tell that he and the cook worked well together he came out hot and he took care of as everything that we ask. We will go back thank you!
