North Glenstone location. Ordered online today for a group of 6. They gave an option to "name" each sandwich, but no names were taped on, so it was sandwich roulette. The bags were double knotted so I did not thoroughly check the items. We were missing a bag of chips and the pizza was on the wrong crust. When I called, the manager will not refund missing chips unless I physically return. What was the point to save time by ordering online if I have to drive back in? Skip the refund. I'll skip Schlotzsky's.

We ordered 2 simple sandwich’s and waited about an hour for our food, when we got our drink the ice machine spit out this black substance (looked like dirt and build up from not cleaning it), none of the tables were clean, and the floor had not been swept. just overall terrible service. Then they want me to tip them?? I don’t think so.

Their avocado spread doesn't taste like it used to, it used to taste more like a guacamole. Now flavorless. Please bring back the original flavor. It was my favorite. Now it's just overpriced . Speaking of prices, ouch. On top of the overpriced sandwich the chips and soda are extra and overpriced. It's a sandwich not a meal but it's meal priced.

Absolutely bad experience we ordered the large turkey bacon club the bread was over cooked sandwiche was dry they piled turkey in the middle what there was of the edges had nothing but lettuce and melted cheese sandwiche verily warm we had a cup of broccoli soup which was cold and a few chunks of bacon bits in it really didn't taste good. I'm sorry for $23 for 1 sandwiche and soup I expect more. My husband eats whatever but he informed me this place isn't for us anymore.
I ordered the Chicken Fiesta sandwich and chips. It was a great sandwich with super service. Ken, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.

This place gets my girlfriends call-in orders wrong every time and I have to make a second trip to pick up the correction. Don't order here if you have to make any alterations (removing or adding ingredients from food.) this place does a poor job of accomodating.
