It takes 20 minutes or more to get 1 combo meal every time you go. There is only ever 1 worker taking food to cars. Every time….. its just not worth it

Overall a good location but they have 3 stalls that don't work. Normally that's not a problem, stuff breaks, it happens. But they marked them as out of order with a sign you can't see until you pull in! So you have to pull in, feel stupid for trying to use a broken stall, then do the back out of shame to go to another stall. And when they're busy and the only 3 stalls available are the broken ones you feel extra dumb doing it 3 times. Just either block the lanes entirely or post the sign in a more visible spot, please.

This is the worst sonic I have been to. Unfortunately it is by my house, so I go every once in awhile with hopes that something will have changed or improved but that’s never the case. This is the slowest sonic ever (always wait 15-30min), service is never friendly, they always forget things or get my order wrong AND every single time they either burn or leave my food undercooked. I always order cinnasnacks and/or mozzarella sticks and they’re always rock hard or raw and doughy. It’s so frustrating. If the issue is being understaffed then maybe the manager needs to be here until the issues are resolved. It is ridiculous and too expensive to have this experience consistently.

We recently went here and just didn't have a great experience. My husband ordered a coney and it was flipped upside down when we opened the bag. My burger was good but all our tots were cold. We were holing it was just a one time thing and went back for breakfast a couple weeks later and half the stalls were broken which made it annoying trying to just get parked to order and then it happened again... we got home and half the food was warm and the rest was cold.Parking: Half their stalls were broken

Pretty typical. Order a singular drink and it takes over 40 minutes to get it. I pressed the button about 30 minutes in to ask about it and it was clear they had no intention of making it.

waited for over an hour for food. absolutely horrible. pressed button multiple times which they deactivated and didn’t answer. had to go through drive through to get any attention. i have NEVER seen anything so unprofessional at a fast environment.

I’m just wondering if you actually don’t have cheese sauce at this location or you’re keeping it held up like Fort Knox. In the last 11 times I’ve been to this location I’ve ordered Cheese Bites 7 of those times with a $1.50 add on of cheese sauce, just like tonight an hour ago, and have never received it those 7 times in a row from this location. Even though my family lives closer to this location, I will now be going to the Battlefield St location to see if they can get an order correct without having to wait 12+ minutes for it to be wrong every time. I’ve worked in restaurants and if a customer has to wait a ridiculous amount of time for an order, continuously each time, then the establishment extra charges for something the customer did not receive 7 out of 7 times in a row and charge this customer each time, there’s something really wrong with management because that’s all top down with the particular franchise store….

So normally i come here because the food is always really good. However, this time, it was bad. I ordered a quarter pounder, and when i got home to eat it, it was the crustiest, stale, and burnt burger I've ever had from Sonic. I'm really disappointed as i never have an issue like this. It wasn't even busy, so i can't fathom why i was given an old burger. I would rather wait for fresh if needed. My carhop was nice, though.
