The cashier was extremely rude when I handed her $100 bill and then I asked her to use my points and she told me that she couldn’t so I am just over going to this Starbucks. This is literally the third time I’ve had issues here and I’m just over.

Let me tell you about the worst experience I just went through. I am a truck driver and have been stopping here for over a year now. Today I get here to find a sign that says dining room closed. I went to the “thing” because that what it was in the drive thru and “it” told me “it” couldn’t take my order for no reason given. This will be made aware to cooperate and the regional manager of this store and area. You all ask for people to be nice to you and that you all practice kindness but today the “confused” little critter in the drive thru just really outdid “itself”. I hope this happens to your family members when they go visit another city or state.

My kids love it! when we get to go its a very yummy treat and it makes them feel special and "grown up". If you make your mocha cookie crumble "skinny" they use fat free milk and leave off the whipped topping which seems to always take up half the cup so I feel as if I get more for my money while also saving some calories.
