Ordered two #8 single butterburger w/fries. They were inedible with WAY too much butter. Both so soaked that they were soggy and limp. Complete waste of money.

It was a very cool experience for the family. I had children with me and came later in the evening. The food came out fast and much better and tastier than expected! The original steak n shake comes highly recommended from my familyKid-friendliness: Neat diner experience for the kids. The waitresses were friendly and gave the kids crayons and a steak n shake hat
Everything was great! Wheelchair ramp available with a back door entrance. Friendly waitress who didn't look annoyed by having a toddler at her table. We were a medium sized group. She didn't press too hard and interrupt our visiting while eating, but made sure there wasn't anything else we needed and our cups stayed full. It was clean too. The food was cooked to our liking, and provided extra plates so we could share our meals with each other. Great experience!Parking: The parking lot wraps around the building so there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Waitress was friendly and not bothered by toddler being in her section. Kids meals were available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessable ramp located toward the northeast corner of the building. You have to walk through the drive thru to access it, but the back entrance to the building is convenient, so you don't have to walk around to the front of the building to enter.

I ordered a steak burger with cheese, lettuce, pickles and mustard. I was given a steak burger with cheese, onion, pickles and mustard so I waited back through the drive through again, told them the issue and they came back with a new sandwich that had ketchup, pickles and lettuce and no fries. When he handed it to me and I heard ketchup I said No…MUSTARD! He smiled, waved at me and closed the window and they all proceeded to laugh. I sat there and waited with cars lining up behind me. Finally someone opened the window and told me to pull forward. I told them I would pull forward when I had what I had ordered and they immediately said “Well then we’ll call the cops”. I told them to go right ahead that I would be glad to tell them why I was there. No one would open the window back up. Finally one of the girls opened the window and I asked her if I could just get my money back and I would be glad to move on. She told me they were not allowed to give refunds and they had already remade the order twice. I told her no, you made it the first time incorrectly and then remade it incorrectly again, so I asked her if I could please get what I ordered then. She asked me nicely to pull forward that she would remake it herself. So I pulled forward and waited another few minutes until they brought it out. It had lettuce that was black around the edges and fries that were hot and fresh but had absolutely no salt on them. There is no way I was going to eat the sandwich at that point because no telling what they had done to it, so I threw it all away. $7.09 wasted as well as the 37 minutes it took me to get a correct order. Beyond saying “No…mustard” louder than normal, I was nice each time I talked to any of them including the one who finally brought my order out. She just turned her back to me after I told her thank you. Needless to say I will never go back to any Steak and Shake for anything!
