I called to place an order, and the individual that answered the phone was the rudest individual. Acted like taking my order was an inconvenience and then proceeded to tell me to pay over the phone was a 5$ fee. I have order from here several times. Honestly is my family’s favorite place to order cakes from, have never been informed there was a fee to pay over the phone. So this whole time we have been charged a fee and had no idea, made it seem that it was the price of the cake this whole time.

Came here for paczki day. Couldn’t find any one else in the area selling them fresh. The paczkis was very good and came in a variety of flavors. While there we picked up a loaf of cinnamon bread, which was amazing. Other items in the case looked fantastic, but we didn’t try anything else. Glad I live so far away or I would be packing on the pounds.

I love the Supreme Bakery! Of all the donut shops in the Springfield area, they are hands down, the best. Their apple fritters are exactly like the ones I grew up with in my hometown. The dough they use is light and fluffy, and the fillings are sweet and flavorful. Their pastries are never oily or greasy; I don't feel gross after I have anything from here. Also, the people are so nice and cheerful. I have never had a bad experience there. Do yourself a favor and give the Supreme Bakery a try. I do feel they are aptly named, for they do reign supreme! (IMHO)
Supreme Bakery has *never* disappointed! Their famous Kringle has delighted friends and family across the country.Their teacakes are perfect options for a light dessert.I always treat myself to a birthday cake: white cake with perfect buttercream icing.No matter how busy they are, the staff is always so gracious.
Oh. My. Gosh. We came here by random and at first glance, we weren't all that excited (though the place was ADORABLE). We ordered an apple Kringle, a turnover with pecan, and a twist. The apple Kringle was to DIE for! (My mom ate the turnover, so I don't actually know how it tasted but she said it was awesome!) The twist was so soft that I nearly fit the whole thing (Yes, about a foot long of dough) in my mouth! The glazing/icing was beautiful AND delicious. Everything was fresh and homemade (You bet!) They should SO get more stuff to eat. The only thing that I could advise is they should smile more and get some music! I would definitely come here again!

ordered a sheet cake and someone messed up the icing and they tried to fix it but it was definitely noticable so they said they would take $5.00 off and I agreed but when i got home and looked at my receipt they took off 2.00. the cake was good but not happy with the
