$32 spent on the skimpiest taco bell of my life. 2 cantina chicken quesadilla meals. The quesadilla was 4% filled and otherwise empty, the chips were missing, and the tortillas were all crispy stale. It was a huge disappointment. They weren't busy, it was around 8:48pm. We were the only car in the drive thru at the time. Would rather drive across town than risk wasting my money at this sunshine location again.

I never leave your views, but I just left your sunshine location and was treated rudely for asking about a meal. I go there every day and I get the same exact meal and yeah it’s an argument to add on something because it’s more expensive even though I’ll take an up charge or just add it on as a side like I’ve been a server for seven years you can add things and stuff like that in a POS system you just are being lazy or rude and don’t care about your customers And then to get my food after I got it I didn’t even get it in a bag which always comes in a bag. They just handed it to me staring at me and then they’re gossiping talking. I don’t know what about I don’t care, but they look at me and I’m like can I have a bag and then they give me the smallest bag that doesn’t even won’t fit the box of food I got so I just hand it back and I’m like what the Anne I tell the lady this won’t even fit my food in hand it back to her and they just laugh. I think I’ll be going to the West Sunshine location from now on.

This restaurant is conveniently located on East sunshine and the food is what you would expect from a normal Taco Bell. Though it seems a little expensive. I ordered three grilled chicken tacos and a iced tea and it was over $12. Also, the drive-through is very slow here. Granted, it is 11:45 in the morning, but it is still ridiculous.Parking: The parking lot seems narrow. And you can get blocked in by the drive-through.

Employees consistently charge for simple modifications but do not follow through. In fact they "punish" the customer by sabotaging the food (extra onions is thier go to move), giving the wrong sauces and giving excuses for not refunding the order when brought to the managers attention. Childish staff and poor quality product. Visit any other location, Springfield has many great taco spots. Visit purple burrito, ponchos, or any of our fine food trucks

I have tried to eat in the lobby 2 nights in a row. The first night it was too late and the second night we walked in the door at 9:55 and the guy told us the lobby closed at 10 and we needed to go through the drive thru. I will never be returning to this location the customer service is terrible.
