The store is very greedy with putting meat/beans inside of your tacos. It makes me wonder if the workers are eating all the food and giving customers the scraps. I ordered a cantina style chicken quesadilla, and it barely had any chicken in it. It literally had 2 of the smallest pieces of chicken in it. A decade ago this store was nice, whoever they sold it off to, or whoever is running this circus these days needs to not ?✋ Someone with the ?’s is going to sue this location one day for not serving customers what they actually paid for, and ripping everybody off. I know inflation is crazy right now, but come on guys. Something is not right with this restaurant, and how greedy they are with the chicken, beef and beans. Other locations in Springfield will load it up, because they actually do their jobs and they’re not eating all the food. All of this is just off to me. I stand by the idea that y’all are eating everything and giving us people that actually pay for the food… the scraps because ain’t no way y’all are going to keep robbing people like this ? shame on this Taco Bell in particular. If you want what you pay for, you will raise your standards and you will go to a different location. This one is bunk.

Very judgemental. Quite rude to their employees. Expects one to do all. And makes it very hard for single first time mothers to hold on to their job when they are doing everything they can to survive and do everything they can on there own. Very unhappy with the way they treated this girl while I was dining in that evening.

Overall, really weird place. They have all the obese woman working the window, half of them aren't wearing bra's, they lean over the register and counter and drink area and makes you wonder where the sweat and hair is going...the day shift working food, terrible..night shift working food, great.
Ordered from here three times within the last two months and every single time, they're are items missing from the order. Do not recommend delivery from this place. Check your orders before you leave, there's a 90% chance your missing something.

I'm done with this location. I'll go out of my way to get cheap tacos somewhere else.I keep trying to go here and they constantly are just bad, like has to be on purpose bad.They either put the ingredients in the taco/burrito like all meat at the very end and fill the rest with random sauce or something. Or they just totally mess up. Like how do you hand someone a bag of burritos when they ordered chulupas. And they are always goofing off, talking on the phone or just acting crazy.I don't know who the hiring manager is, but they should be fired for constantly hiring idiots.

I just came in 30 minutes before work ordered a nacho fry box large, received a small amount of nacho fries and a large nacho fire box container and then on top of my dorito loco taco supreme did not get any tomatoes.
