The manager on duty tonight really went above and beyond. He was the only one in the whole store and was taking orders, making orders, and ringing people up. I even saw him change gloves and wash up in between. Star employee, I wish I got his name. He deserves a raise. I came thru after my Friday night shift it was about 2am

I’m so disappointed, this used to be my favorite Taco Bell to come to. I came with my bf and he had to give his order more than three times to the guy in the drive thru. They messed up our order so bad. We even asked for the hot sauce at the window and they managed to still forget to give it to us. We asked for no tomatoes and sour cream on ANY of our food and we received tomatoes and sour cream. Literally felt like that entire staff was on something as they can’t seem to get orders right.

Went inside with my daughter to order food and it literally took 10 minutes before someone came to help me. When I first walked in some guy came from behind the counter by the kitchen area looking at his phone and did not even acknowledge me standing there. It took the guy at the drive through 10 minutes to help me. Horrible customer service. And the girl that was making the food looked at me several times and did not do nothing. Will not be coming back

Everytime without fail when we come to visit this location, there is always something that ends up going south. Food isn't preparred correctly, missing items, and even just the fact that they have excuses as to why they can't accept orders and these have been occassions we visited around 6-7 in the afternoon.Customer service is abhorrent.I appreciate the times food is preparred well enough, but this location is just disappointing all around.

The lobby is not open and it’s now 9:10am. I understand being delayed in the morning but Google says it’s open at 8am but then the lobby door says 9am opening. This may need to be corrected. Not everyone has a car in Springfield so if the Drive Thru is the only thing open in the mornings that should be on the door. I’m sure the food is good so I just left a good rating for when I’m actually let in.

Quick friendly service. Honestly thought it would have taken longer with 3 cars in front of me. Then I thought my order would be wrong. The service was just so fast. No, my order was completely right and it was a BIG order.Thank you for providing a good dinner and friendly service. I really appreciate it and will be back.
This Taco Bell has made up for so many mistakes made by the Taco Bell on South national they deserve a 10 star rating. I recommend going to this one over the one on South national.

Messed up my drive thru order so I kindly went inside and asked for the correct food.First thing that comes out of the heavyset woman’s mouth “I can’t take those” than stood there and argued with me and wanted me to throw the food out myself. She then walked away and I had to get someone else to help. I informed the manager that her worker has a major attitude problem and she said “I know”
