Sat. 20 4p.m. Way too crowded, you're packed in like sardines. It's so noisy you cannot talk to each other across the table or even to the person sitting next to you due to all the noise from everyone else shouting. Great food and great service but the four of us won't be going back due to the noise and crowded space. Seating so close that one person with the flu or RSV would spread it to 30 people within sneezing range (26 feet). Fortunately I had a $50.00 gift card to apply to the $107.78 bill and the $19.40 tip. Update-- I tried to send in comment to TR as suggested, but the form was unable to send. No reason given.

The waitress noticed that something was missing from our table before we did! I've been to Texas Roadhouse in several states, but this Springfield Roadhouse surpassed them all in every way - food quality -portion size, taste (the prime rib melts in the mouth) - then the staff were all outstanding also. Good job Springfield!

My boyfriend and I were coming here 2-3 times a week and tonight was our last time. We had Brooke as our server (which we’ve had twice now) and I’ve never had to basically beg for rolls. When first being seated there was a wait on rolls and then 15 minutes later after everyone around us also had just been seating with rolls, we were still waiting. We asked when we first ordered our drinks, when we first got our drinks, and even when we got our salads. Then to get a refill on bread it was the same case. Everyone around had fresh bread and the window up front was stacked with baskets just for us to have to ask three more times. Brooke would tend to the table next to us 2-3 times before she would grab anything we asked for. Then when my boyfriend got his food there was a hair in his steak. At this point we were just defeated and wanted to leave. This was the same case the first time we had Brook as a server, but she stated it was her first week so we were graceful hoping that a month later she would’ve gotten the hang of things better. Everytime we come here, we are surprised if we get good service. This is just one of many occasions. It’s very obvious 90% of the servers genuinely don’t care and in result don’t think about what they are doing. As someone who has ran restaurants I have a lot of grace with bad service, but I’ve never actually had my dinner ruined so many times by the same restaurant for outrageously bad service.

It was absolutely amazing we got there at open and I didn't catch my waiters name but he was such a wonderful person, very kind and was nice enough to move us tables bc some jerk was listening to his conspiracy theories too loud behind us ? the food was amazing huge portions and so tasty I got the medium rare sirloin and it was beautifully cooked and my mom who likes hers well done also really enjoyed hers as well it was still very juicy. Wished I lived closer but will definitely be returning next time I'm in the states.

A good steak for the price but not high end by any means. The service was good too... they did mess up our order a couple of times, but they did quickly remedy that. I was quick load there and pretty crowded (so I would recommend making a reservation), so I was kind of difficult to carry a conversation at the table without being loud yourself. This was quite possibly our worst experience at a restaurant we have ever had. I am never going back to Texas Roadhouse because of the terrible service we received. We got seated at 8:30pm and ordered our food from the most grease covered menus I had ever seen. They looked like someone had spread butter all over them and left them for days on end. Our appetizer came out quickly and I was impressed. But our food was taking a little bit longer, when I checked the time again, over an hour had passed. They finally got half of our food to us, all cold. My shrimp was cold. And when I say cold, I mean I don’t even think the shrimp was cooked. My steak tasted like it had just come out of the freezer and thawed out. There was a hair in the mashed potatoes and the rice was still in a plastic bag. But at least the rice was warmish. The Mac n cheese was cold. There were many more things wrong with the food, but if I wrote them all out, I would run out of room. Some of us were missing food that they ordered, but after 2 HOURS, they got the rest of their food. NO restaurant should be ran this way. They made us pay full price for the food which was ridiculous! We had cold, hair infested, plastic infused, and missing food!!!! I was shocked I didn’t find and cockroaches or pests inside the building, but I bet there are some in there. I was very UNHAPPY with our visit to Texas Roadhouse. A normal evening meal turned into a 3 hour fiasco. If I could rate them zero stars I would! We will not be going back anytime soon, and I will tell everyone to stay away from this place.
Good meal!! Ribs were just a tad dry and caeser salad had a lot of stems in it and only 2 croutons. Waitress was great! Grilled shrimp was delicious as was the rolls! Steak was cooked perfectly..

Being someone who could eat steak 7 days a week Texas Roadhouse is my heaven on earth! It is the ONLY place where I can get my steak cooked to my exact specifications. The rolls are fantastic, the house salad is amazing and all the sides I have ever gotten are delicious. And the steaks there; absolute perfection! The service is always good and with their “check in ahead app” wait time is usually minimal. A better overall meal and dining experience cannot be found even at “high end” steakhouses. We treat ourselves at least once a month but we could eat there 7 days a week as the food and the service has never disappointed us. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for offering and maintaining a level of excellence that makes for a fantastic dining experience.
