There was no soap in the bathroom although there was an enormous sign stating all employees must wash their hands before returning to work.I'm just thankful that our waiter was a man and praying that the men's room was stocked with soap...

This was our first visit to Springfield, Mo in a long time and wanted to try something new in food, so we went to The Big Biscuit. We were not disappointed, we did have to wait about 15 minutes to be seated as it's a very popular place and they seemed to be under staffed, but as soon as we were seated we were properly taken care of. The food was a little pricey, but was really good and you got plenty, the service was great. I recommend

Mediocrity at its best. There was nothing bad about this place, but also there was nothing good about it. Despite being so blah, they charge the same prices as the good restaurants. I won’t be going back. I wish a better food joint would take its prime location. I wanted to like it; I live really close.
