PSA Do not use gift certificates here!!!! They have no idea and do not want to honor it. I won a gift certificate from a raffle. It was presented as a breakfast buffet or dinner. I presented. I was question regarding the validity of, then the host let the server know we were here and she did the same thing. Come to find out it isn't a breakfast buffet. Even as says on the website, including hot food. Turns out it is is yogurt, cereal and muffins...oh and oatmeal. Seriously!! The need to check the website and their gift certificates.

Rooms are dated and my AC didn’t work. I called down and they told me there were no other rooms available and the tech had left for the night. I travel for business and am diamond member, but literally means nothing. I’m about done with Hilton

This was by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend to someone and stay again myself. Easy to find and easy to get where you need to go. The staff was extremely kind welcoming and friendly.

Nice, comfortable beds. We invaded the lobby and bar area before and after a wedding. Peg was so friendly and accommodating. She tried to dim the lighting as best as she could, put on the football game we liked, and let us play music! Too hot to take advantage of the outside area - darn. Would stay again. Bring a nightlight if you do to avoid bring bathroom lighting during night.

It's fine. The waitress in am does not seem to care at all. Someone in am should have a bit of positive energy to improve experience. Multiple people said same.

Was I Springfield for business. My reservation online booked for the wrong dates but the Hilton was able to correct at not expense to my company. My experience was comfortable, friendly, good food, what else do you need.

Excellent experience. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The railing to enter the pool was a little loose. I reported it and it was fixed immediately!! Great service and a wonderful setup for snacks and meals.

Basic Hilton Garden Inn but what really stands out is service - friendly staff and super helfpul. The hotel was quiet, the rooms comfortable, the pool clean, and parks are close by if you want to take a walk in the evening.

We arrived and the first room had a sink full of black stuff in it. They changed us rooms and the second one was filthy and smelled bad. The 3rd room wasn’t the best but we just dealt with it for two night and checked out a night early as we were supposed to stay 3. We are now having to make a 12 hour drive home tonight because of it. The rooms were very uncomfortable. They charged me for breakfast when I paid for it in my room reservations. We were told management would get with us for all the issues we had but no one did. It was the worst experience ever. There were plates in the halls for two days no one picked them up. Elevator broken down.

This place is utterly disgusting. The seating area, where people eat their dismal breakfast, is atrocious. It is beyond dirty and worn out. I am actually stunned that a Hilton Hotel would have any property like this. My husband and I were down in the area the night we came in eating a pizza. It turned my stomach when I looked down at the seat. I would rather drive another 12 hours than stay at this dump. Sadly, I deleted the photos I took or I would share them with you.

We were happy with our stay at the hotel. The Excellent: 1. The food and room service was excellent. We ordered dinner and then dessert. The contact and delivery of the food was very nice. The food was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. 2. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got there way before the check in time, but they were able to locate a room for us. The Good 1. The hotel room was clean and spacious. 2. The shower had good temperature (I like my showers hot), and the shower had good pressure. 3. The little side grocery in the main area was nice, if you needed a snack or drink. 4. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator 5. We were able to keep the room at a good temperature with the air conditioner. The areas for improvement 1. The beds were a little hard. I know this is a hard one because each person has different preferences. Maybe consider a bed that can adjust the softness/hardness, along with having a bed that can raise or lower down for the head/feet. 2. While the air conditioner worked well, it was very nosy and would go off and on, which was very loud. 3. The TV in the room was a nice size, but it would have been nice to allow for a wireless connection of sharing a screen (phone or tablet), so if we wanted to watch a streaming service. Also the channel guide did not match up to what the channels themselves were. 4. Some of the lights in the room were very bright and there was not a lower setting, which made it hard if someone wanted to read while another person was looking to go to bed. 5. It would be nice if there was more connections for electricity, especially around the bed area. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would stay again if we made our way down to Springfield.

It's Springfield, Mo so there's that; expectations need to take that into account. Overall, clean and price-appropriate...and as importantly, quiet. Hotel hallways/common areas was cold-ish due to a weather front; maybe the hotel could have adjusted the HVAC. Restaurant food was pretty bland; plenty of local places thought that were decent. Location is right off highway nexus; easy to get anywhere in the area. We had to leave a day early; front desk staff was not very helpful, however the on-duty manager Dancy Sisco was a HUGE help. She was very professional and quickly took care of everything related to the unused-day refund. I also have to thank both Mustafa & Roldan at Trip Advisor; they did all the background refund work and reinforced why we are Trip Advisor Plus members:).

This is the nicest Hilton Garden Inn I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m an HHonors Diamond member with hundreds of stays around the world…. New building, friendly staff, nice lobby and bar area, and great location!
