Came at 5:13pm and the door was locked. Owner came to the door and asked me if I needed help??? When I got inside he was rude and off-putting about my not having cash. I would have gone to the atm and come back with cash if not for how bizarrely the owner acted. Smells bizarre in there also, like mice perhaps.

Fantastic atmosphere that you can't get anywhere else. I saw a few reviews that said the owner is rude? No, absolutely not. He might come off as blunt or short, but there's no ill manner or intention behind any of it. He's really chill. Just don't be a Ken/Karen. I have preformed at the open mic nights, and despite my strange appearance and stranger performances, I have received zero judgement, and plenty of encouragement and positive feedback. It's also a great place for neurodivergents. Rarely gets loud, always dimmer lighting, and people snap for applause instead of clap. Please support your local businesses.

This is the best coffee shop in Missouri. They have the best coffee, atmosphere, and customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are so kind and attentive to customers needs and this is the cutest, nicest, cleanest place ever. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the most interesting small business in Missouri. The coffee was kickin. It had a vibe to it that you can’t get anywhere else. I really this place.

Nice little coffee shop. Old school, not one of the modern "fancy" shops. Has the good college freak. Not the "big buck" feel.

Super cozy. Great Thursday open mic nights. Highly recommend if you’re interested in performing any form of art, everyone was very kind and encouraging of poets and people who have never spoken/sang/etc.

I have no idea what their coffee was like, but yesterday, I watched this d-bag owner just scream at two kids whose car broke down. Absolutely a-hole, in the middle of a torrential downpour just screaming at two kids like a complete j**** They needed help and he could care less, can't imagine anyone like that could ever make anything worth my time or money.

Went here with my pals, got a very simple drink, the iced coffee. What could go wrong??? Everything. It tasted like battery acid and 5 cubic meters of fart. Simply appalling, horrendous. Ruined my day.

Hark! This loathsome establishment promised coffee and comfort yet I was met with disdain and hatred. The owners frenzied manner did not bode well with the coffee experience. A thousand plagues upon you

Average coffee with a rude owner. Don’t give your money to these people. Much better options in Springfield for coffee and brunch.

Nice place to enjoy live music with friends

Could possibly now have bed bugs. Enter with caution.
