Agreeing with reviewer A.B. in regards to rude staff … I had been to Trops a couple of times with friends and enjoyed the experience. Third time patronizing Tropical Liqueurs with friends we, unfortunately, encountered rudeness from server Marcy - service stopped for us as soon as a group of her personal friends sat down. Reminded me of high school popularity contests. Never returned. Drinks were good.

Like most places in Springfield, I found drink prices to be low and the frozen drink flavors are strong but not overpowering. Kudos for a TouchTunes machine and patio area.

I’ve tried calling the Springfield location 3 times no answer. Then I messaged them on Facebook NO ANSWER. I messaged them may 30th and I got the automatic reply. Just wondering why I can’t get a hold of anyone!

Great drinks and value. Quervo, the GM, is awesome to talk to and really made a great impression. And who doesn't love alcoholic frozen drinks. Would definitely recommend.
